It was clean and comfortable.

I sent several inquiries before as well as the day of our arrival, asking about their shuttle service, but no one ever responded. It was very nerve racking to fly into an unfamiliar location after midnight, not knowing what to expect. We ended up walking to the hotel with our luggage in freezing wind.

Eggs were served but never with bacon. Cereal was good and so was the toast.

No cocktail lounge. That’s a big one for me. The pool speaker music was too loud. I had trouble sleeping. When I mentioned it to the front desk the problem was dealt quickly.

Room was in good shape. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff was very friendly and comforting. My only improvement would be to please update room TV Channel guide (it's not even close) and have in room instructions for use of TV especially out of area guests. Overall, yep, we would and will stay again when visiting the area.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of coffee. Times of service were very convenient. The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. Location was very convenient.

Could not go for a swim because the swimming pool was dirty. Kept being informed that it was going to be cleaned and never was. Such a shame especially since the weather is so hot.

The bed, A/C, clean bathrooms, good cable, quick exits, good parking.

An hour longer breakfast window (I told my bf to wake up earlier!). The main room light was absent. 2 towels was nice, but I occupied both and left my SO without any clean ones. 3 or 4 would’ve been appreciated.

Breakfast was good, Parkin too. But it makes this hotel superb was Alma Cavazos in the front desk. She was kindly aware of every guests request. Not just me but everyone. She’s efficient always smiling!

Maybe adding an hour for breakfast.

Professional and helpful staff. Great location. Close to a mall which had food court so i could provide meals

Breakfast is not great, not much choice, but it seems standard with most hotels in the US
