Breakfast was fine -- good link sausages. Hotel very clean. Bedroom larger than expected. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Pet friendly for our little dog.

At breakfast, why egg white frittatas? A healthy breakfast would have normal eggs (with yolks). This is the second Hampton Inn we visited over Thanksgiving week and both had egg whites only frittatas!

Room was great. Even though our room overlooked the highway, it was very quiet. Never knew how close we were to the highway until I looked out the window. Room was spacious and clean.

Wish breakfast ended later than it did, particularly on the weekend (9am seems too early to wrap up breakfast).

The back side of the hotel is next to the highway, room was noisy. Maybe invest in some sound dampening windows on that side, would be nice.

Front desk ladies were wonderful! So sweet to my Grandson! Cleaning ladies very nice, didn’t speak English but tried to communicate.

Used sheets on pullout sofa, needed dusting, breakfast bar needed to be replenished

Breakfast was great. Location was what we needed.

Elevator was a bit slow. A/C in the hallways was warm and muggy. A/C in the room was iffy. It kept changing temperature on it's own and wouldn't stay steady.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. The location was good for us as we were visiting family in Mechanicsville, VA.

Side door with key lock was very convenient since I did not want to go through lobby when I left all the time.

Smell in the hall was a little weird musky yellow stains on side of sheet.

They take breakfast down too early, and the shades in the room did not function properly

First room smelled like a pool with soaking floors. They did move us Could here traffic on backside of hotel.
