Many options available for breakfast. We only had biscuits, sweet rolls and bacon, which was all very good. This Holiday Inn is close to family we were visiting and very close to stores and restaurants which was very convenient. The staff at this Holiday Inn was extremely friendly, helpful and kind.

The shower in our bathroom wasn't the best. I had a hard time getting the drain thing to stay up to allow the water to drain. Also the shower curtain would not stay in place. It kept sliding down to the middle and I was concerned that water would be on the floor when I finished. Other than those small things, it was fine.

Staff was very pleasant, both over the phone and in person. My friend uses a large walker, and the room was as advertised: mobility accessible. The complimentary breakfast offered abundant choices including fresh fruit and even a pancake making machine with a staff person to help you use it.

The beds were comfy and the room was quiet even though we were right beside the elevator. Really enjoyed the breakfast. And there was an endless choice of restaurants nearby. Nice size room.

The bathroom fan was connected to the lightswitch but was very, very loud so it was awkward during the middle of the night. And with no nightlight it was a problem.

Good location when Traveling Hwy 95. Easy on and off and close to the 295 drive around for Richmond. (best way around). Gas, Food, Store, selection is good on this exit. The Rooms are nicer than most. When Driving the Hwy 95 corridor the best gas prices will be found at the Warrenton rd exit off 95. The congestion is alway heavy passing by Fredericksburg. I suggest passing this area well before or after any daily commuter traffic times.

I have only stayed at this location once and could not possibly give a comment on this area. It was an in and out stay as I was passing through.

Each and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great; I loved the cinnamon rolls! I also liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

It might be because we were close to the laundry, but it smelled strongly of cleaner. But it's better to smell too clean than not enough!

Always trust Holiday Inn. Good locations and price.

Found it strange that we had to be in line behind housekeeping for breakfast. Plus they started taking breakfast away at 920 when it goes to 930. That’s when you start taking food away!

The only negative was the breakfast. Most items ie oatmeal, fruit, hot water, butter, milk, coffee cups were unavailable both days. We had to ask, some items like fruit I never saw during my stay.

The breakfast did not have items available unless you asked and fruit was not available at all.

While booking I requested that other family members coming in for a family funeral be put in the same area. This hotel was wonderful and clustered us all together. The staff while there was super friendly and helpful.

There was not anything I did not like about the hotel

Breakfast was good. The desk clerk was super friendly and treated us very kindly! The breakfast bar attendant was working hard with a smile on her face and was very attentive.

The room was dirty. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean. The carpet had stains and was dirty. Bathroom was small….had to step aside the toilet to close the door!

Host at front desk was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast could be improved. We also had someone come in our room - another guest - he was coming in the wrong room but his key worked in our door. A very uneasy feeling.
