The hotel ambience will give you a serenity feeling , the staff is patient and kind, sorrounding was good.

Breakfast was not realy good especially for the forienger , but the taste is ok.

The villa is impeccably maintained, providing essential amenities and delightful Balinese designs throughout. Really loved the soap! While close proximity to nature brought occasional encounters with geckos and cockroach droppings in the room, the villa's connection with its surroundings added to its charm. We could not get enough of the view to the fields - a truly mesmerising experience. Nearby, an array of local restaurants & a conveniently located waterfall further enhance the experience. The staff's warmth & hospitality were exceptional. From accommodating early check-ins to offering valuable recommendations, their calm & welcoming demeanor made us feel truly at home. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center every two hours added convenience to exploring the area. We truly felt like at home. The culinary experience was a highlight, with sumptuous breakfasts, generous portions, and top-quality food and juices. I don't think I ever eat so much for breakfast like in this place. The welcoming drinks upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The menu is also vegetarian friendly. One of the mornings we were supposed to leave to the tour before 6 o'clock in the morning that meant that we will miss out the breakfast time. The Suara Air team was very kind & made us a mini take away box with some hard boiled eggs, toasts & some fruits to make sure that we are fed & not missing out on anything. Despite a minor issue with drainage, the swift and professional resolution by relocating us to another villa showcased the team's dedication to ensuring a seamless stay. We wanted to thank the lovely Suara Air team for such an amazing time and stay.

The primary reason we stayed in Marianne hotel was for conveniency. We booked here right after we came from El Nido (a 5 hour road journey). Conveniency in different areas such as: 1)The price is very budget friendly and practical. We didn't aim to stay in a luxury and expensive hotel since our primary goal is only for transient before going back to Manila. We didn't had any plan to see the city centre or any tour attractions in Puerto Princesa. So we didn't choose a hotel that is walking distant to the city. 2)They offer an airport shuttle van which is one of their ammenities. Of course, some hotels are offering this but what I mean is that for a bugdet friendly price of a hotel plus an airport shuttle van is very exceptional already for us. It seems to me that most of the airport shuttle van offered within Puerto Princesa hotels are expensive hotels. If I am wrong and misinformed about this, then it would be awesome to hear some suggestions. The shuttle van brought us to the airport which we were very grateful for. The staffs are friendly and attend to your needs promptly. Food is also also good. This is a very simple, homey and family friendly hotel. I think we got what we paid for. It is more of a resting and transitioning hotel rather than a luxury, entertaining and extravagant hotel. Some few meters outside the hotel is a station of tricycle (transportation). So if you want to explore the city centre, then there is a tricycle that can take you right away to the city centre.

I like that they have friendly staff and they have free service back and forth the airport. It was also very quiet and a good place to relax

The wifi connection isnt good in the second floor. we were supposed to be on the 3rd floor but there were ants in the bathroom. they easily helped us but would have been better if there's no issue. also, tv isnt useful too since it cant connect to the wifi. could have been better as well if they serve food during the night but its okay

The airport shuttle was quick and easy. Willing to assist as we landed early way before check in. Could leave luggage at the reception and explore El Nido. Breakfast was basic but hits the spot. Allowed us to check in about 30mins early. The recepion arranged our transfer to El Nido as well. Awesome awesome service

Not much to fault. Of anything the hot water was not very hot but more luke warm. But not an issue.

The breakfast was delicious. I liked all the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The property was the best value for money.

Our flight landed at 11:30pm. We checked in around 12:30am. The overnight shift guy was not that welcoming. No towels were provide in room. The next night we asked for ear buds but there was no response from him. Everyone was helping and nice except him.

"stress free environment" if you love to spend time peacefully with family and nature ,I'm sure this will be the best place for you and your love ones.The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and friendly .The rooms were a bit spacious and clean .

It's far from the city proper that's why I need to hire a tricycle to get there .1 ride ranges from 150-200 pesos .

Breakfast could have been better. Not really a fan of having veggie dish for breakfast. Breakfast is very spartan. i.e. 1 choice of juice, one choice of bread.

I like how accommodating the staff and crew are, even the food was so great. The only hotel I know that does not give stubs for breakfast so you can eat whenever you want until 8am. The facilities were superb also, kids enjoyed the swimming pool.. Highly recommended!

I wish that they have an elevator since it's hard to carry luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd flr.

I love everything about our stay at the Marianne Hotel. The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I also like that this hotel offers free hotel transfers.
