The grounds, location, room layout and the balcony are all fantastic.

I cannot believe that they charge to use a safe that is already installed in the room! That is sharp practice. They also charge for pool towels, which, again they should really consider as part of the service. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge, which means you cannot have ice, or store anything that needs to be kept frozen, which, given that these are basic self catering units, this should have been considered. Looking at other reviews, these points come up again and again as negatives in what otherwise is an excellent choice for Cala D'or. I think the hotel should really consider making these few changes, and they may find that their review score improves considerably.

I had a great stay at your hotel, especially enjoying the activities, pool, daily room cleaning, and the beautiful rocky beach nearby. The complimentary birthday card was a lovely touch, and I appreciate it.

However, I must mention a significant issue that occurred at the restaurant/bar next to the pool near the rocky beach on the 25th of September. When I went to get my complimentary drinks there, the woman was exceptionally rude, with a tone that left me feeling uncomfortable (but I still managed to keep my cool and tried to smile). In fact, I regretted even getting the complimentary drinks due to her behavior. It's important to address such incidents to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but this encounter left a negative impression.

Very clean clean rooms, very comfortable beds. The gym facility had a decent amount of workout equipment to suffice. The location was gorgeous with some lovely tanning locations next to the ocean within the facility. 2 ocean swimming areas very close by. The sand beach was pretty dirty but that's more so on tourists than the hotel staff. There's a cliff location where you can jump off directly into the water which didn't have rubbish floating in the water which we stuck to instead. Keep in mind very family oriented place so you will have lots of kids running around and screaming Incase you are looking for a quiet more adult like stay. However in the evening things are quiet and the hotel offers evening entertainment.

The AC was kinda weak. But that might have just been the AC in our room. Even at the max lowest setting I found myself waking up at night from being too hot.

Very comfortable room, including huge bed, good black-out blinds and a cot lovingly provided for our baby. The location is a bit away from the town centre which suited us but there were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. The breakfast was nice but expensive, so we only had it one morning. The gym was also well equipped and completely empty. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Pool wasn’t heated (not a problem if you travel during peak season). Despite the room being self-catered, it would be good if some small necessities were provided like shampoo, tea/coffee etc.

Location beside the sea. It has beautiful swim spots and choice of swimming pools. Accommodation was clean. Kids adored the kid’s club! This was a major bonus. It was highly engaging and interactive and they looked to go every day!

My only complaint is I left a 9 carat gold chain in the bathroom and notified them very quickly (within a couple of hours). I was told it wasn’t found. It had broken so I’m certain of where it was left. It was my own fault, obviously, for not packing it, but that just left me a little disappointed. Other than that, kitchen could do with a dish cloth, so very little to complain about!

I liked our room it had a kitchenette which was very useful. I liked the position as we were close to the breakfast area and could see the pool and the sea from our balcony. There was crazy golf , table tennis, and a combined tennis court/ football pitch. Breakfast was excellent- a great selection and very fresh.

I didn’t like not being able to get a sunbed by the pool. People left their towels there and went away for ages. The hotel did try to manage it but not every day. The parking situation was really bad and if you came back in an evening you had to park quite a way away. Sometimes our room wasn’t made up until quite late.

Excellent location. All services near. Great scenery. Area was nice and quiet although fairly big hotel. Our room was on the road side but it was still very quiet. Pool was good, enjoyed swimming in the sea from the platform right in front of the hotel and also sandy beach was near (Cala Esmeralda). We had half board and it was definitely worth it, lots of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly service.

Stayed in an older room that was not yet renovated. It was ok and not a surprise to us. Pricing for any extra service not included in the reservation was on the high side in my opinion. There was some mix-up with the reservation when checking in, but the hotel staff sorted it out quickly. Restaurant was a bit noisy and crowded at times as the hotel was quite full.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location on the water was lovely. Pool was freezing in April! We didn't have any food at the restaurants, plenty of restaurants nearby. Mini golf and the astrompitch for soccer/tennis have a fee (€15 an hr for the pitch). Suitable for elderly, buggies and families. Shop and free parking on site. Apartments small but well equipped and cleaned every day. Apartments on one side (left side as you face the sea) don't get any sun throughout the day.

Pool was very cold and the spa facilities were closed.

Great location - a nice combination of sea views with shops, bars and restaurants close. A wide choice of foods for breakfast.

The description of the apartment stated that there were sofa beds. There were no pull out sofa beds, just sofas. The only night time entertainment was in the neighbouring Cala Esmerelda resort and there was no option to sit under some sort of shelter other than completely inside and so even with mosquito spray etc we got badly bitten! Maybe, not expensive, citronella candles on the tables would have helped!

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the room is clean and cozy, everything is completely consistent with the photo. The view of the garden was just wonderful, the room was cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, all in greenery, clean and well-groomed. Our family is very happy that we chose this hotel, we want to come back here again and again. Near the hotel there is everything and cafes, and shops, a bus stop. The sea is a separate topic, it was gorgeous, the color of the water is mesmerizing, beautiful bays, there is a sandy beach nearby. I don’t know what else to add, it was a wonderful holiday. We were from October 16-23, the weather was warm, both day and night, the sea was warm and crystal clear. Thanks to all the staff for this fairy tale.
