The team from animation were excellent! They made everyone feel very welcome when playing the games and made the afternoons so enjoyable. The 2 pools were very good, the adult pool was nice and quiet when you wanted a change from the crazy main pool area. The location was also beautiful and only a 15 min taxi drive from Port Mogán. The reception staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The food was just above average. There were a lot of options however A LOT was pink/raw and inedible. The shower was also very dirty. The shower head was full of lime scale and the door was smudged and dirty.

The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a splendid view. The food and drinks are excellent, and they are readily available throughout the day, both by the pool and at the beach. :)

Given the hotel's location atop a hill, my room was situated on the highest level, resulting in a journey involving numerous stairs, corridors, elevators, and steps. All the staff very nice and polite, excepting the lady in red from the pool-lifeguard.She acts like she will punch someone. She approached me with a raised voice while I was using my vape (my bad) in the pool area, displaying a very unpleasant attitude. While I acknowledged the concern, it would have been more appropriate for her to address the situation with kindness and avoid intimidating the guests as I am not a child to be shouted at.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony incredible . The food choice was excellent and evening entertainment fun and varied

Food often ran out very quickly at meal times so a lot of waiting around . The drinks choice wasn’t great on the all inclusive I felt there could have been more available

The overall hotel experience was good, the food was great had some great meals and the pool food was great. WiFi is good when you are at pool and in lobby but sketchy in rooms far away if we stayed again I would recommend pool view not sea view. I saw issues within reviews before where others had suggested issues with the lifts but all way fine on our stay The staff were good except one this was the security on arrival who was nothing short of rude and unhelpful. As other have suggested the property is in need of a face lift but not to the point of making your stay poor but mention it make give the company the push to do it. But our stay was good and left us with happy memories the pool team where fantastic. Definitely value for the money

Nothing as I said could do with a little refit

Morgan Princess has wonderful view. I know it has a lot steps up and down. No problem for me. Great view can cover high hill issue. During my stay, there were 2 lifts broken. I stayed in another Princess hotel in the past, I can trust their good quality of food, drink and service. The dining was small options but tasty and fresh. Some dishes were really outstanding. I didn’t eat any stinky seafood so far in this hotel (I am very sensitive of seafood fresh or not) All staffs were friendly, nice to provide good service. The lady in reception in early shift recognized us and said hello to us every time when we were going to restaurant. The bartender remembered no ice in my liquor and cocktails. I was surprised about their high standard and personal service. I booked this hotel very early with good price. Hope i get special offer next time.

The hotel is located in hill- The benefit is wonderful view; The disadvantage is not easy to reach the beach (Playa del Diablito) which has big waves, not so safe to swim in the ocean. Guests should know it.

property was clean , had amazing views lovely pools . Good choice of alcohol. staff friendly and helpful . Near Morgan which is very pretty harbour. Pillows were really lovely . Bed comfy

no plugs by the bed to charge your phone . There was plenty of food but the dining room was more like a canteen . There is a part of the dinning room with amazing glass windows with views over the sea , you can see the sunset but the lights are up full and little atmosphere created . Dimmer lights and candles would make the difference . Also no option to sit outside and enjoy the weather .

The facilities and the food.

The cleaning. We had someone clean our room and all they did was to make the beds. No clean sheets, no garbage collected, no toilet paper, no new towels. We had the room for a few days and we really needed it clean. We had to go to the reception and ask for towels and toilet paper. Also, after our checkout, we had someone to book us a taxi and we had to wait more than we should have, and in the end it turned out that we didn’t even have a taxi booked. We had to rely on a taxi getting people to the hotel to take us where we wanted. Not great, knowing that we had to be on time on the airport. Everything else was great.

The facilities are a little tired. The room is a little dated however, everything was available not much around the location but a lovely hotel 

No shops or other restaurants to visit outside the hotel, unless you had a vehicle or a taxi

The hotel is large, consisting of several buildings. It is located at a fairly high altitude. You can get to the beach by organized bus at a certain time. The food was varied, fresh and very tasty. I have great praise and respect for the waiters who do their job excellently. The room is large enough, the balcony with a view of the ocean is perfect. Every morning the rooms are cleaned and new towels are provided. The staff is friendly.

What I didn't like is if you miss the bus back to the hotel from the beach, you have to walk up a large hill, which is very tiring after a day spent on the beach. Another negative thing is the many stairs. We had a room at the very top of the hotel and during our stay the elevators were broken and it was very tiring to climb so many stairs. If you have noisy neighbors, then forget about peace, the walls are thin. There is no set list for evening out or shopping - you need to order a taxi.

the views and sunsets are spectacular. the pool area has a great atmosphere. the all inclusive upgrade is worth it!

the wine. ended up buying bottles for dinner food is nice but heavily catered to the German / French clientele. lots of strange canapés that nobody eats. craving proper Irish sausages instead of those weird European mystery meat ones. live singer for sunset bar only on one night which was a shame
