The Kenley Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best small hotels that my wife and I have ever stayed at. The decor is very tasteful and the cleanliness is second to none. The photos of the property are to be believed. On entering the hotel you are immediately struck by the freshness of the air and the cleanliness. Our room was lovely and immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is situated on a lovely quiet street and it is only approximately 200 yards from a tram stop on the seafront. They have a beautiful little lounge where I used to sit and read while relaxing after a busy day in Blackpool. There are tv in the rooms and in the lounge. The owner, Josie, is extremely friendly and helpful. She really does everything in her power to make her guests as happy and comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for Josie. Breakfast is available on request and is delicious. We had the full English, which you can tailor to your likes. Not everyone likes a full fry up but if you ask Josie she will try to give you what you like. Thank you Josie for helping to make our stay in Blackpool very enjoyable. You are a treasure.

Josie is the most amazing, friendly and helpful host I have ever met. She treats you as if you were one of her own family. Nothing is too much trouble. Always on hand to help. Her property is lovely. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Excellent location with off street parking around the back. We booked two ground floor rooms because of mobility issues and they were perfect. The full English breakfast was fabulous. We cannot praise Josie enough. When we visit Blackpool again, The Kenley is where we are headed! Go and pay her a visit. We believe there has been damage caused in the past so let's treat Josie's property with respect.

The warm welcome from Josie was lovely. She is so nice. The hotel is ideally located and very near the seafront. It's in a quiet area but a short walk from the hustle and bustle. I loved the decor of the hotel. It's very well presented and is homely and elegant. My room was on the second floor. A single room but with a huge bed. I'm used to single beds in single rooms, but this allowed me to stretch out and was very comfortable. I slept so well for the first time in ages and woke up refreshed. The room was beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed. Furnishings are high quality. I loved my stay at The Kenley and will be back very soon.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect!

Location was fairly quiet, a small walk to the promenade. Lovely room-enough drawers and space to put your suitcase etc. Clean and had what you needed. Landlady was friendly

Check in could have been smoother-due to the landlady’s personal circumstances which couldn’t be helped-but was able to leave my bags. Also another couple were waiting outside which I then had to let in as no one came to the door bell and they hadn’t received a code to get in. Shower was a bit small to manoeuvre around but not much you can do about that-liked everything else. Bed was a bit hard but the actual furnishings etc were comfortable.

On arrival we were met with a smile from the lovely Josie. The hotel is extremely well furnished in all areas, not just the rooms. Great sitting room and an impressive dining area. The room was extremely spacious with a large, comfortable king-size bed. Very tastefully decorated and with lots of storage space. This is a little gem of a hotel and we will definitely be recommending it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing not to like.

Our stay at this hotel near Blackpool Pleasure Beach was superb. Josie was incredibly cooperative and addressed all the issues we encountered during our stay promptly. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and their proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. We were delighted to find that dining options were conveniently located nearby. A special thanks to Josie for making our stay so convenient. The breakfast she provided was truly outstanding, especially with the delicious vegetarian options she prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Blackpool, especially for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Josie was very friendly, easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bags three hours early, which was a godsend. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Would be very happy to stay again and definitely recommended.

The bed was a little too soft but it’s a minor thing given everything else was just what we needed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Time and effort had gone into the decor. We had room 9. It was way more than we expected, spacious, immaculate, and well designed . Josie, the owner, was just lovely. Nothing was any trouble to her. The breakfast was perfect. I would recommend anyone visiting Blackpool to stay at the Kenley Hotel. Parking was available to us but limited space so when booking be aware. Thanks again Josie, a fantastic 2 day stay was made better with a quality Hotel.

There is nothing about this Hotel that anyone couldn't like 10/10 all day long.

The way of how the room was decorated and so clean was really felt me alot of comfortable during my stay. I love everything inside my room. The Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming for any needful.. they're even asking if we need anything extra. I love the window, didnt felt hot even with no AC. The way how it is opening to avoid bug was really beautiful. The room was so clean, no noise and comfortable bed. The hot water system inside the bathroom operated very well and always available.

This was our second visit to the Kenley. Jose is a ray of sunshine and makes you feel at home, such a lovely lady who goes that extra mile for her guests. The hotel is immaculate from rooms to bathroom, lounge and dining room. All extremely comfortable and cosy and at a very high standard. The breakfast is 100% well worth the extra £10 the quality of the ingredients are top notch and by far the best breakfast I have had in Blackpool. We will 100% return.
