Stayed here back in 2011 and loved it then. It has changed a lot, but still an excellent hotel. The only difference was that last time we were tempted to have an evening meal which was a memorable occasion in a top class restaurant. It now appears much more relaxed and has a completely different vibe, so we decided against it. Breakfast was great, so much choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is great - 300 meters from the Arc of Triumph and walking distance to two Metro station and RER station, which makes it very convenient to travel to different part of Paris. Room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they refill the supplements very frequently - water, tower, hotel slippers and etc. During my stay, I never worry about being lack of these. The breakfast is also good - wide variety and good quality.

The only setback for this hotel is its elevator - the hotel has more than 7 floors and there are only two elevators for both staff and guest, the pain part is that one out of two is under decoration/maintainance so there's only one elevator available for both guest and staff. Consequently, during some peak traffic time like breakfast and checkout, we have to wait long time to get into the elevator since sometimes it's full. Although it's a bit not acceptable but I would say this is understandable, the hotel locates in center Paris and the buildings here have limited allowance to do reconstruction/redecoration.

Rooms were fantastic. Staff attentive to all questions and did their best to help. Lovely gym area! Feels safe and great location to explore France.

Room service food wasn’t fantastic.

From my point of view, everything in the hotel was good. Location: on the same street as the Arc de Triomphe, very close to the Champs Elysees, and close to many coffee shops and some well-known restaurants. Cleanliness: the rooms are clean and room service is available around the clock. The staff: always welcoming the guests and very helpful. Buffet: As for the breakfast buffet, it is not up to the excellent, but it is generally good and meets the needs.

The staffs were amazing and friendly., And for a solo traveler like me, 1st time in Paris, the guest relations officers provided advice and booked my travel plan for me. I requested a room with windows and natural sunlight, I was given an upgrade. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. Accessible to Champs Elysees 5 - 7mins walk, Arc De Triomphe is just 2 mins walk,

lifts were not working most of the time , we need to wait long time to get it as one of the lifts was mostly out of service during our stay and sometimes I used stairs . and over all I think the hotel worth a 4 star due to building, amenities and rooms quality .

Great location great staff great property...elevator was under maintenance so a bit of an inconvenient especially until the 2nd one is renovated but apart from that highly recommended...

bed was comfortable and hotel reception staff is flexible in making allowance. room was ready early.

can’t understand how the controller for the room works as it is not the usual air conditioner settings. the temperature is too cold in the room. the view from our room 704 is too far to see Eiffel and arc de triomphe. it is the last room of that stretch.

The lobby gets very busy and noisy which can be a tad overwhelming. It’s a big hotel and they only have 2 lifts so you sometimes have to wait to go up/down.
