Convenient location to Shands Oaks Center. Variety of restaurants for dining. Just what we needed for our stay

Stayed 3 times. The first 2 visits were great. Easy check in. Cheerful and knowledgeable staff. The 3rd stay. We arrived 20 minutes before Check in at 3:00. The lady at the front desk was abruptly rude telling us to come back at 3. If you ever heard the saying " you collect more flies with hunny rather than vinegar.". She was all vinegar. Could have at least offered us to sit in the lobby with the comfort of AC.

I stayed for a week due to my baby being admitted in Shands hospital, the first two days I was not comfortable I was in a room that was not fully cleaned and the noise from the rooms next to me were horrible they were even knocking on the doors, walls and all. I made the owner aware of the situation and immediately he changed me to a much comfortable bigger room apologized and made me feel welcomed and secure to stay there. it may not be that 5 star hotel your used to but honestly it was worth it I will be staying there for our next trips

Good location and nice standard amenities. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, staff were very good and accommodating to our needs. Property is a little outdated but it’s not rundown or dirty. Room service was friendly and regular.

Some of the fixtures need updating.

My room was very comfortable, good AC, on the first floor made it easy to park my car in front of the door. There were many safe areas to walk my dog in the neighborhood yet it was 1 minute away from I-75 and 2 minutes to the grocery store.

Breakfast could improve, not much selection and they were out of bananas 3 days straight, which is the only thing I could eat.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I don't have any complaints. The building is old but I knew that going in. Everything was nice and the free breakfast and staff and nice pool made up for the old building things. The neighborhood might be a little sketchy but we still had a wonderful stay.

Our room was on the top floor. It was very peaceful and comfortable. There was very little that bothered us. The only thing we had a hard time with was that the microwave did not work. We were hoping to cook a few microwaveable meals for one of our nights stays dinner. the room was very clean and towels and linens were fresh. we even had the housekeeper politely hand us some extra towels, wash clothes and a few extra toiletries which were good quality and allowed us to take nice showers and baths to relax. My kids loved the pool area it was very relaxing and not many people in it which made it a relaxing environment. they even have a bbq grill next to the pool which was very nice and handy. The elevator was a life saver because my daughter who just finished chemo was with me and she just had an emergency c section and got to bring home my new Grandbaby whom stayed in the hotel with us his very first night. The grab and go breakfast was also wonderful there were plenty of selection for a free breakfast with juices, coffee, tea, yogurts, toast, bananas, oatmeals and muffins and more! The air conditioner actually lasted the entire stay and the front desk. checking in we’re two young me they were both very polite as well as helpful explaining how to get to our room! Gainesville is a very busy place that’s for sure! I have to say between two other hotels I have stayed at not only was this one the most affordable it was also the cleanest, most attentive and comfortable stay! No bugs, no dirt, and the bathroom was kept up well and felt safe and clean enough to shower and bath in.

The property was nice and kept up with for the most you can expect for a busy hotel in the middle of Gainesville they did a great job. Wish our microwave worked but there was fast food down the road so we settled and were happy to have a cold fridge and a freezer.

All was good until the breakfast time!!! There was not any breaakfast!!! There was some weird cookies, brown water smeling to coffee, bread with butter and some pretzel's snack! DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS A BREAKFAST? I mean some eggs, some ham, some chees and some black coffee are breakfast!!!

Staff was EXCELLENT! Very understandable and willing to help. Answered all questions and immediately solved all problems with a smile! Also enjoyed the breakfast. Nice variety! Easy to book and easy to extend stay.

Rooms could be updated. They were clean but a bit dingy.

The check in process went quickly and smoothly. The front desk staff were very friendly and very efficient. Our room was already cool and spotless. I highly recommend this location.

I have no complaints or concerns. Perfect experience.

Very close to I-75 , Publix but off the beaten path. I liked the layout of the room, big sink area seperate from the shower. Great area to walk my dog.

The refrigerator hummed so I turned it off while I slept.
