The hotel has an amazing location, very close to the main attractions and good restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. Breakfast was very good with enough variety, and the room and common areas were always clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, I had a less pleasant experience regarding the room. I was moved to another room due to noise from the air conditioning, even though I did not complain about it. The new room faced the street and was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest, especially because I was traveling with my 20-month-old baby. The previous room, facing the back of the hotel, was much quieter and more comfortable.

We liked everything about the facility but most importantly the warm welcome when you enter the hotel is worth everything. A wonderful smell welcomes you the moment you enter the hotel, we learned that hotel has its own branded smell. I would like to thank the hotel manager Pamela for upgrading our room to a suite with an incredibly beautiful balcony and a unique view of Rome, she made this experience unique. I would also like to thank Arien who helped us with everything, he has a wonderful energy. Hotel's breakfast is so delicious, I have never seen such freshness and service even in 5-star hotels, Madeleine is a wonderful woman who is on top of everything, renews all the products and offer the hot ones. Also thank you for the delicious omelette. The room cleaning was also great, the room was spotlessly clean every time we came and everything was renewed. It also has a terrace where you can have an aperitivo and watch the wonderful view while drinking your cocktail (Terazza Nainer). Finally, the location of the hotel is great, you can choose it without any doubt. I'm sure I'll choose this place every time I come to Rome.

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I felt truly comfortable and happy throughout my stay. Every detail was handled with care and attention. I stayed in a Junior Suite – a spacious room with a large shower, beautifully designed, and absolutely immaculate. The decor was elegant, and the hotel looks even more stunning in real life than in the photos. A special mention goes to Madeleine at breakfast she greeted me every morning with the sweetest smile and was always so kind, friendly, and warm. I will never forget her! At the reception, Patricia and Stefano were incredibly hospitable and helpful, always ready to assist with kindness and a smile. I’d also like to thank the gentleman who checked me in upon arrival very professional and welcoming from the first moment. The entire staff was simply wonderful: kind, polite, and always available. The rooftop terrace was a true highlight with a stunning view over the park, it was the perfect place to relax at any time of day. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything perfect

All staff were very friendly from the first moment till the last. Breakfast as good and the lady there were very helpfull. When you need something they bring and provide immediately. They celaned the room twice that was very nice. Terrace was very nice and big enough relax.

Size of the room was a little small, You expect a coffee machine, some ncaks and fruits for an hotel like this. in our room. They should put something at the enterance, like a coffee machine and water to relax when you enter.

the staff. they really made all the difference! Madeleine, from the restaurant was simply wonderful. She accepted us even we were late and made sure that we had proper breakfast. special thanks ! All the other were very responsive and helpful too. And we received complimentary room upgrade upon the arrival from Pamela which made our stay so much more comfortable. so, many thanks to all the team!!!!

there was no indication on booking.com that the terrace will be seasonally closed. the weather was bad anyways, but i think this information should be disclosed. also, this is a really luxurious hotel which you can definitely enjoy as a couple or solo traveling. less suits family with kids .

Having stayed in many hotels, the Palazzo Nainer I consider as one the best. The main reasons are: exceptional friendly and professional staff: with special compliments to mrs Madeleine who runs the breakfast in a super friendly and super customer oriented way and provides a delicious variety as well as to mrs Pamela from the reception, who constantly accommodates pro-actively any wishes one might have and also for the super positive cleaning lady. Bed and upgraded room were very comfortable and balcony much appreciated. Location is perfect.

Perfect location which made it easy to walk to main attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, etc. Suffice it to say that the services they provide begins with the very positive leadership of the manager, Pamela, and it filters down to the rest of the staff. As an exzz as mole was Madeleine in the dining area. What a happy go lucky person willing to go so high up the bar which makes her very special in caring and taking care of guests.

There were no dislikes. Everything was done above and beyond expectations.

From start to end everything was perfect We were greated perfectly as we reached 3 am still everything was available and top of that we were offered free breakfast for our stay which was amazing . Madeline in the breakfast area looked after us so and made sure we get everything we requested 5 stars for her. The rooms are beautiful very clean and spacious The location of the hotel is the best part everything is near by if u like shopping and good food We will definitely stay there again

Exceptional hotel! All the people who work there are professional & enthusiastic & courteous- genuinely interested in the guests. The space is beautiful with large guest rooms and a lovely roof deck for cocktails. The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of offerings- homemade cakes & pastries, open faced salmon sandwiches and other delicacies. Madeleine, Priscilla & Islam will happily make you a special omelette or fried eggs or an extra double espresso. The hotel is in a great location next to Piazza del Popolo with outdoor cafes, a cab stand, tram & metro stops and easy access to busses plus lovely pedestrian only streets for strolling around. The hotel staff were very helpful- Naim, Stefano, Mohamed, Arian, Paolo. In the afternoon you could pop into the lobby bar for a nice cup of tea or coffee. For a relaxing stay in Rome I highly recommend the Palazzo Nainer.

I liked everything about the property. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was truly exceptional. The staff were all attentive and cheerful and friendly. The location was terrific.
