It was nice to have coffee and a snack from the lobby on the days we were in a rush. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and our dog was comfortable in the room, it was very quiet and private. There is a nice walking path near the property to take walks.

The location was a little further out than we were trying to stay, but we chose it because it was the best value we could find at the time we were booking. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the main bathrooms were out of service.

Quiet, comfortable, good location

65yo....placed at the furthest point it seemed of the location from the front door. Asked to me reassigned, no accommodation presented. Morning coffee was TERRIBLE, absolutely the worst!! They said free morning breakfast. As a person who takes morning breakfast very seriously, a muffin and terrible terrible coffee is not breakfast by any means. I expected more when told we serve free breakfast in the mornings. Foot note: Starbucks was just yards away!

When I first entered the facility I was greeted in a very friendly manner. During the personnel shift there was a change in attitude. The person behind the desk blurted out the price and how much was owed. She could have asked how i was going to pay for my stay. But she did not. I felt awkward as I rarely have anyone tell me the amount and then ask for payment. They usually just ask for a credit card. Perhaps she is new.

The location was good. The room appeared nice.

NO POOL. I think it's been filled in with concrete. The front desk guy spoke limited English. Crappy breakfast. VERY uncomfortable beds. The bathroom door stuck and it's very dated. The kitchen was dirty. If you want anything in the kitchen you have to ask for it. It's very easy to hear people in the adjacent rooms. I had to ask for a remote for my TV. The fitness room only had elliptical, no free weights. Vending machines were about a 1/4 full. This place needs help and I hope they actually fix their flaws. A lot of hotels these days ignore their bad reviews, don't care about customer satisfaction and continue to over-price their crappy hotels. Take this as constructive criticism and fix these things!!!

Location was right off highway and interstate. Less than 10 mins from Metro Station. Harris Teeter less than a mile from hotel. Very friendly staff.

The door for the room we stayed in would rattle violently any time one of our neighbors would close their doors. Water pressure low in the shower and the thin curtain allowed water to leak out of shower. Extra sheets/blankets for pullout sofa were not provided in room. We had go back down and ask for them.

I like the location of the hotel and that the rooms were clean. But my favorite part was the staff, they were so kind and helpful to me and my friends.

There are a couple issues with our room. the bathroom light was not working in our room so we had to switch and the other room smelled like smoke. But otherwise it was pretty good, worth the price.

Room was clean and orderly. The kitchenette is a welcome addition for longer term stays. Bed was comfortable, blinds were effective, and AC was functional.

Room could use better sound deadening. You can hear a lot of what happens outside your room, from doors slamming to angry patrons shouting into the void.

The spaciousness of the room

No easy electrical outlet next to desk. An extended stay facility should have a couple of plates, cups, silverware, etc. This place had NONE of that. Free breakfast was advertised, no such thing. A muffin and coffee was all you got. Change your advertising to match what you have to offer.

Great location, clean and quiet

We brought our own breakfast after reading the reviews and I’m glad we did , once the granola bars run out in the morning , they are not refilled so by 8 am when we went for coffee, the basket was empty

Friendly staff, clean facility

Breakfast consists of only granola bars and some packaged muffins to eat. Coffee and hot water and tea bags to drink.
