it was good property but I think deep cleaning is mandatory to be done from the hotel for the room especially under the bed was dirty - dusty but I like the reanovation of the whole apartment my recommendation is house keeping they should change dirty towels for the toilets and khichen without informing them is much better for guest and make their life easy

We had a very nice stay at the property. The apartment was very clean, had big rooms, the kitchen was fully equipped, a big terrace, two bathrooms, and an incredible mountain view from the living room and the main bedroom. There is an underground garage, special rooms for the ski equipment and sauna & relax area. You can acquire the ski pass from the property and a private shuttle takes you at the gondola. The location it is very closed to other facilities, like supermarket and restaurants at maximum 5 minutes to walk. The personal it is very nice and helpful. For our family it was one of the best stays, we enjoyed the week spent here. Definitely we will return and we truly recommend the location.

There is no daily cleaning, arranging beds only. They didn’t add amenities until we ask for.

Three room apt is comfortable, with three bathrooms, big terrace and living room with all kitchen amenities, nespresso machine as well. Quality toiletries, rituals products. There is a small sauna which was a pleasure after a ski day. Billa is 100m away, ski bus station is in front of main entrance. Enough outside parking spaces, also there is garage, from garage you can go to ski room with heating lockers.

There is no radiators to dry ski gloves :)

The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was clean and well-maintained. The view over the river was truly relaxing and added a great touch to our stay. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout.

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked during our stay.

I reserved two bedroom apartment, it was spacious and clean. The service was so good and the view was gorgeous its a mountain and river view. In addition, there is washing machines in the basement so you can wash your clothes by yourself. Highly recommended!

The hotel has everything you can possibly need: wellness, good kitchen in the room, storage room for your ski equipment, transfer to the mountain . Breakfasts are very handy, they bring it to your room so there’s no need to go anywhere.

Pillows and duvets are not very comfortable

Very nice, clean, amazing view, quiet place, perfect location.

1- They don’t offer ready breakfast, they only provide you with a basket of all items and then you cook by yourself. 2- the housekeeper took my towel by mistake even though it was hanged, and they didn’t return it back.

Check in was quick.Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful explained and showed the unit to us.Room is spacious and clean with complete kitchen and tableware set,oven and dishwasher.We are travelling with small kids and the ground floor unit has a garden which the kids can just play in the snowy garden.Our room is facing the main road and has the mountain view as well.Plenty of parking options either behind the hotel or underground.Location is great with next door BILLA supermarket that has fresh produce on daily basis and nearby to the 3k connection cable car kaprun center.Breakfast basket provided daily which has eggs,cheese,juices,fruits and nespresso capsules.Overall great facility with amazing view.Great job to the staff overall and thank you for the colouring goodies for the kids on checkout as well.
