Very spacious house, lots of bedding options and cooking facilities. We travelled for snowboarding, so a car is a must if you stay here and want to visit resorts in either Niseko or Rusutsu. Also only about a 15 minute drive in Lake Toya township.

Fairly isolated if you don't have a car.

Location was great! Close to Rusutsu and a decent area from Niseko. Very comfortable home with everything we needed! Highly recommend to anyone!

Nothing! Place was amazing! It was difficult to have only one bathroom with kids, but it was still great!

The house is located at the very good location. Just 50 meter away from Lake Toya shore. Walking , Running around is a must. The view is superb. The house have 3 b5 bedroom which could fit 10+ people.

I found a dead bed bug on the 1st floor.

Lovely property very close to the lake and a choice of a couple of restaurants within walking distance. You definitely need a car as very little public transport available.

All good would be happy to return there again

It's spacious and bright. Very well facilitated.as described. Location minutes walk from the lake. Environment very quiet.

Upper floor is hot and stuffy. Futons not too comfortable.

House is large and in a quiet location. Almost is good.

The equipment in kitchen not very clean and complete.

Cosy and more economical compared to most around Lake Toya.

Traditional Japanese style, saw some ants and house centipedes crawling around. Have never seen house centipede so was concern if it’s harmful until we goggled on it.
