It was a very quiet location near the river, accessible to Union Station over the train tracks, where there were good restaurants nearby. It was a large room, complete with kitchen and washer/dryer with a balcony where we could watch people walking their dogs.

The check in process was very confusing. The address given for the building wasn't quite right on our GPS and it took some time to find the right entrance. (The checkin in entrance is on the waterfront at the far end of the building from the one way street approach) Getting entry into the parking garage and finding a space was confusing. (There are few marked spaces for Kasa Union Station).

The whole place was great and exceeded our expectations! The building was lovely, clean, safe and in a great location, we loved the park across the street. The parking was great, we never had an issue with the garage. We loved having a full apartment and washer/dryer. The main bed was very comfy! We appreciated that both tvs had streaming apps.

The bedding could’ve been better. We didn’t like that there was no duvet cover, just two Ill fitting top sheets covering the quilt. They came off constantly, which felt quite germy as we know hotels don’t wash quilts as often. I would say the same thing for the futon bed quilt that was in the closet, it wasn’t covered and didn’t have any extra bedding for it. Additionally the coffee stations in the hall were used constantly by regular apartment people, they would come up the stairs and via the elevator and it was odd. The creamer was only stocked once the whole trip so we had to use the gross packets. I’d recommend to any future guests to get half/half at the Whole Foods or cvs down the road if you want good coffee.

Great location close to Union station. Large room with a separate bedroom and kitchen/dinner area. Plenty of space to spread out in as a result. Also the washer/dryer was greatly appreciated as by the end of our short visit we had been travelling for nearly a week. Access was very easy (despite some reviews to the contrary that i read online). Definitely need to do the pre-check in online in advance to avoid any last minute issues on arrival (especially if you won't have phone data). Customer service via the virtual desk was also very prompt and easy to converse with. In our case they helped fix an issue in the room within 24hr. Free Starbucks coffee stations in reception and on our room floor and also a water machine in reception as well.

Nothing i didn't like. Just be aware if you don't like dogs as there seemed to be a lot of residents/tenants/guests who had dogs staying with them and they were often encountered in the elevators and reception area.

The amenities of the property were great! We loved spending time by the pool and in the gym. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable- just as shown and had all we needed to cook and relax.

I wish we would have been given two key cards to move throughout the building instead of just one. There were times where I wanted to go to the gym and my husband wanted to be at the pool. We couldn't do anything separately because you have to key into every door of the building. We loved the security but disliked having limited access.

Loved the location, cleanliness, vibe. We were amazed at how beautiful it was. Having a fully functional kitchen was essential with a toddler. We felt very safe there. Loved the Starbucks coffee feature, it was right next to our room.

Hard to figure out how to get into the building or use the card to get into the parking garage. We were tired from our flight with a toddler and we began getting frustrated trying to get in. We came close to cancelling and booking elsewhere. Thankfully, the woman we spoke with on the phone was very patient. It was worrisome going somewhere and not having an actual person to deal with. But I will say once we got in, all the worry went away.

The location of this property is great. We walked to most of the neighborhoods of Denver. It is located across from a river park and we hopped on the river trails to do our daily walking. Denver has many pedestrian bridges that go over the river, highways, and train tracks. Wholefoods is about a 10 minute walk as long as you don't mind walking up and down 3 flights of steps to get over the train tracks. The apartment we stayed at (418) was bright and spacious. We faced the pool but had an angled view of the city. We loved the record player and the 60's decor. There was plenty of coffee both in the apartment and in the hallway. Enough dishes , pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. Would have liked aluminum foil or some type of wrap. There was salt and pepper, and olive oil. The unit was very clean with a good washer and dryer in addition to the dishwasher. This is a very "green energy" building with a nice gym. The area around is young and again walking distance to great restaurants and a food court called Avanti.

The only negative is you are dealing with a "virtual front desk" and if you have questions you have to text or email. Check-in can be a little difficult if you are arriving late and tired. The initial parking instructions were vague and didn't tell you upfront that you have to get your parking card in the apartment and then drive around to where the underground parking garage was. There were no instructions in your check in part of the instructions. It wasn't until I asked the specific question did I finally get the answer. Right before we checked in they texted me that they were doing work on the pool and there maybe noise of construction. I appreciated the notice and it was short handed but the noise wasn't too bad and the weather was such that we didn't miss not using the pool,

Really really nice apartment in a great location. Totally loved it. Only thing was that when we arrived in the evening the bathroom was locked (couldn’t get in). We got in touch with the helpdesk and it was resolved in about 1,5 hrs. It was inconvenient but the lady on the helpdesk was really nice and tried her best. Also about the parking situation - we parked on the street overnight for free. We consulted some locals who said they do the same :)

Excellent location in probably the most walkable part of the city. I was able to take the train from airport to union station and it was less than 10 minute walk. Was nice being able to walk to the baseball game and explore the river trails nearby. The unit itself was very clean and had everything you could need for a respite from the city activities

It wasn’t a major issue but the check in process is a little different. Kasa will send you the check in details the day before so if you look at that in advance, it’s not that bad. Just check that you’re at the right building entrance and be aware there’s multiple codes (building entrance, elevator, unit).

Excellent Location. Close to the park near the river, walking distance to Union Station. Very quiet neighborhood. The building was very clean and secure.

Make sure you have Kasa/Booking whitelisted because the check-in information got buried in my junk folder. They don't send it until exact check-in time so if you are waiting, it can be frustrating. Having said that, their customer service was excellent, and they helped me with a text. Also, there are limited parking garages in the area, and street parking is 2 hours only and hard to find.

Location was ideal as long as you are able to walk about - not too far from a good selection of restaurants and bars. Apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped - always great to have laundry facilities available as well!

Only one thing which could have been a problem was the lack of a facility to store luggage. Luckily we were able to get an early check in, and paid for an extra night so we could stay until it was time for our flight, but if this hadn’t been available there would have been some inconvenience.
