The hotel was very well located with lovely views over the lake. The room and bathroom were comfortable. It was a king sized bed with 2 duvets rather than the twin room we had booked but it was OK. The sauna was nice but it was mixed and naked so not for everyone. The staff were helpful. Arosa is absolutely beautiful and the skiing is great. There is a bus stop outside the hotel to get to the ski lessons or the lifts are a just a short walk away. There is a very nice cafe next door where you can buy breakfast/ coffee / lunch.

If we had only booked for 2 or 3 nights I would understand them charging for cleaning but I think if you are staying for a week or more you should get one complimentary clean and towel change.

Very nice modern hotel with great location (in the middle of everything). View to the lake from one side and view to the mountains and ice rink from another side. Each room has a balcony, comfy beds, restaurant with very decent food reasonably priced. Everyone super friendly and helpful. Bus stop just next to the entrance to take you to slopes. And try caffe next door which is super popular for coffee and most delicious pastries.

Towels were not replaced and the room wasn’t cleaned during 5 days stay. Maybe it is for additional charge only and by request, not sure. Complimentary water would be nice. But despite we had an amazing stay there and will be back

The location of Aves is absolutely superb! We visited over the New Year and it was fantastic for all the amenities that Arosa has to offer. It was always spotless and well cared for. The team were friendly and massively accommodating considering that the predominant languages are Swiss German/German. We had a great time with them on New Years Eve into the early hours. We’d happily return, maybe in the summer to see what the area has to offer.

Could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room although it was available in foyer so nit picking really

Excellent location just a few minutes from the ski lifts next to Obersee and with a bus stop right outside to take you to other attractions in the area. We stayed in an apartment which was a good size with all necessary facilities.

It would have been nice to have had more than one toilet in the apartment, and perhaps a cleaning service during our stay, but overall we were extremely pleased with Aves.

The hotel is about a 5 min. walk from the railway station so perfect if you travel by train. Its also pretty close to the city center. The room was nice and clean. We had a balcony with a fantastic view on the lake. For a 3 start hotel we were really suprised about the the quality standard they had. I can definitely recommend a stay there.

They do not clean the room everyday and its done only against a extra request and fee. Nothing which really bothered us since we were staying for two nights and since its also more eco friendly to not wash towels when its not needed, that just to mention but not really which we didn’t like

I arrived at 13.20 And was asked to pay 30chf for early checkin even though my room was ready. At the last day because of a ski lift delay I came to the room only at 11.15 to take my luggage. At the same moment an angry receptionist came to my room and told me that is it unacceptable to check out even a minute later. I do not understand why a bit kore flexibility is not possible.

Aves Arosa was a great fit for our family of four. We loved the location on the lake and overlooking the curling/ice skating rink. The bakery next door and grocery store were very convenient, as was the bus to the night sledding. The ski room was adequately designed for enough skiis and boot warmers. And the free washer/dryers were a nice perk.

The bunk bed was quite squeaky when anyone moved while sleeping.

Modern, well located, very good breakfast.

Room service not included, checkin and checkout process not working well: checkin not working on mobile and person at checkout felt unfriendly and did not leave the room available till normal (!) checkout time after we were asked to checkout online in the morning to settle the bill. My partner was forced to leave the room at 9:30am.

gr8 gr8 lighting in room a bit dull and was a bit expensive but otherwise was a stunning experience|! also would have wanted a pool with seperate ladies and men timing but thank you very much was very comfotable nourshing all my needs!

Modern ergonomic hotel. A lot of space in the restaurant, lobby, self check-in is convenient. Good sauna and marvelous nature. Amazing view on the lake and mountains. Personal is unbelievable! Helped a lot with everything.

There was no cleaning of the room during 4 days. Nobody comes to clean the room until you ask. If you are coming on DAVOS economic forum - don’t live in Arosa. You have to drive for 2 hours from Arosa to Davos and the way is along mountains with dangerous road. If it is snowing - you might not have the opportunity to drive from Arosa at all.
