The rooftop pool and the staff were fabulous - always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. We booked this very last minute when our other property cancelled as we were stood outside and were very happy with this choice. Had 24 hour security. Easy and cheap to get anywhere using the Grab app. They provided ear plugs as it is on a busy road but we never needed them

The road outside is exceptionally busy but this also added to the cultural experience and we spent a lot of time simply watching the cars and scooters navigating

Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Location was close enough to things that you could walk, but got very busy with traffic at night (not sure if this was the case everywhere in HCMC!). Breakfast was nice too, good variety but was okay quality.

Room was a bit dated. Not many beds by the pool (maybe 6-8?) so you had to try your luck with it. Room was extremely noisy too - always felt like a door/window was open so you could hear every engine and horn (which there are lots of!) until 2am. Managed to sleep through it as I am a heavy sleeper, but anyone who struggles to sleep would hate it. Other than that, a good hotel!

The pool was fabulous. The staff were great, especially the front door guys, Johnny and the night man, they were always smiling and very helpful.

I found the ladies on reception to not be that welcoming, compared to other hotels that we had stayed in during our trip. The only downside to our room was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Whilst there was frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom, this didn't provide any privacy. Another hotel that we stayed in had a similar setup but they had also put a pull down blind in place, which worked well.

The pool is lovely with fantastic views over saigon.Not olympic size but perfect for a dip and swim.The hotel is outside of District 1 away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk or get a taxi. Cheap about £1.30 with Grab. Breakfast was varied including anything you can think of, traditional Vietnamese with noodles etc but also cereal, pastries, pancakes and separate area for eggs whichever way. I am sure any request would be met. I asked for a surprise for my friend on her birthday and was served a breakfast birthday cake with greetings from the staff. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Our room was at the back and very quiet away from the traffic.

The bathroom needs a desperate over haul. The shower is over the bath and I was concerned the gap between the wall and bath was not sealed. But I am sure this is reflected in the price as it was cheap for a grand Hotel. The water was hot and towels clean and toiletries provided.

When we arrived we got assigned a room on the third floor with balcony that we booked but once inside we noticed that the balcony door did not close properly which meant a Lot of noise in the room and potentially mosquitos. Also the electricity couldnt be turned off without turning off the AC which is unacceptable. We immediately adressed these issues at the reception and within minutes received a room upgrade to an executive room on the 9th floor which looked almost brandnew and had a fantastic view and made our final days in Vietnam truly remarkable. That level of service was amazing but it also has to be said that that room on the third floor should have never been given to a guest with that state. So it is important to adress these issues immediately and be persistent and not be silent AS a guest. The Pool on the 10th floor is stunning even though it only has 8 sun beds. Spectacular views more than compensate for that. The gym is more than okay even though the AC was not working. Breakfast is very good Unless you expect a Lot of western food. The location is very central and with a 30 min walk you can get to Ben Thanh market or just take a Grab for like VND 50-70k which is ridiculously cheap. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel with our room upgrade and would love to come back! Our expectations based on the current Ratings here were not only met but notably exceeded.

Initial room assignment was Bad. Room was cleaned daily but for some. reason the last two days it never happened before 2-3PM which is really late and we also. raised that issue at the reception. Please ensure that room clearing happen until 11-12AM is what I would suggest. It would be great if the hotel could add a SPA which would be a real bonus. Also, please think about AC/Ventilation for the elevators and the hallways. The shuttle service from/to airport is pretty expensive considering that you can easily get the same with Grab at less than half the price without any Problems. Overall, the hotel is a great choice for a stay in Saigon and I can only Gully recommend it.

The hotel itself is very good, the room is spacious and clean, the buffet is great, the pool is nice and refreshing ( a bit chilly in the morning ;)) though.) The staff is friendly. Unfortunately the streets around are busy and noisy with millions of bikes as everywhere in Ho Chi Minh. No good and wide pavements for pedestrians. A lot of places to eat around / but the walking access is hard due to the above reason.

The restaurant, doormen and domestic staff were very polite and provided great service. The hotel was well presented but probably pushing the 4 star rating.

Management and reception staff were unhelpful when it was pointed out that an executive room, as per the description, as was booked and paid was not as described. An inspection of an executive room validated this obvious error, this included quite obvious omissions in the room provided, such as a balcony, sofa and extra large bed. A partial refund request was not granted.

Wifi was very poor. To do work from my room I had to always use my mobile data. wifi connection unstable and very very slow... laundry bags were never replaced after I did laundry. each day I would have to find housekeeping staff and get a new bag and new form to fill in for my laundry.

Pool was pleasant to use. Breakfast acceptable and room clean and functional enough for the price. Staff extremely polite and very helpful. We'd use this hotel again.

We ate one night in the (empty) restaurant. Food was very poor and we refused to pay for it. Not surprised it isn't patronised by guests.
