Room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was gorgeous. I expected to see creatures there at night but nothing at all. We learned very quickly not to leave food or food packaging in your room as small creatures will sniff it out and come looking. We didn't see any, but saw evidence they had been here. The resort is in a beautiful natural setting therefore home to animals and beautiful birds.

Nothing. Everything was enjoyable.

The first thing I have to mention is the food in the Lionfish restaurant attached to the hotel, it's absolutely delicious! I would normally eat elsewhere when travelling but I came back again and again. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made me feel very at ease. My room felt like a luxurious treehouse, very cosy with a great little daybed to read a book on. The bed itself was comfy with a very useful mosquito net. There was air con and a fan, and a VERY useful 11L tank of water that was refilled if it ever emptied. This meant I didn't have to buy bottled water at all and could just refill my own bottle as often as I wanted, sounds small but it was really useful. The pool was nice and the location was great. I was there for scuba diving and it was right around the corner from the dive shop and beach. Very easy to get to from where the fast boats arrive from Sanur. The staff arranged taxis for me when needed which was handy. The room was kept clean and tidy every day and there's lots of nice greenery on the hotel grounds to keep it shady and pretty to look at. Overall I really enjoyed my time here!

There wasn't anything I didn't like really but I would recommend if you're someone who needs to use the bathroom a lot at night to maybe get a ground floor room. They advertise it very clearly but if you have a top floor room, you have to go outside and down some stairs to get to the bathroom which can be a pain in the middle of the night. I knew this booking the room so it was fine but just a heads up! Especially if you have any mobility issues. The air con is directly over the bed, so it can be tricky at night to get the balance right between keeping cool but also not being freezing. If anything I'd recommend the hotel give out heavier blankets to help with this maybe. It also gets quite warm during the day since the room isn't air tight, but that's only if you're moving around a lot.

The feel of the property is very calming and relaxing which was my main reason of wanting to stay there. The room was great from a look, feel and comfort, with some nice touches. My room had some lovely swings on the veranda. Staff were all lovely and accommodating and happy to help with anything.

1. Need a power board on desk. I don’t want all my electronics on the floor. 2. Need a stopper on the external bathroom doors - I was on the ground floor and it was like someone banging on the door when upstairs used their bathroom. Very loud at night time. 3. Need to give mugs in room a good clean and get stains out

I stayed at deluxe double room opposite the pool. I liked it. The room was cleaned and tidied daily. The bed and pillows very comfy (the linen felt luxurious). Yes, there were mosquitoes but this is Bali, there’s nets in the bed so that’s ok. The staff Wayan and others were also nice and respectful. Thank you! Ps. The place also close to all the nice places to eat (Bali Eco Deli, Kayu, Let’s Bake, Ginger & Jamu etc).

Perhaps the white towels need to be changed as they’re quite old and don’t reflect the image of a boutique hotel.

I enjoyed the little details in the decorating. Looking up at the sky from the pool and enjoying the frangipanis. Their pool was cool in temp which was lovely. The food was beautiful especially the green salad breakfast and smoothies. It was close to things and has a great restaurant on the beach to enjoy the sunset.

Sadly the mattress was hard and I like firm mattresses but this was not comfortable. The pillows were lovely though. I was downstairs so the upstairs tennants footsteps were very loud and there was loud bangs I think from their bathroom door. I also had the room with the swings on my verander which is lovely but early in the morning people came up on to my verander and were banging around and wondering if someone was inside. Hammock rooms might be the better one if you want to chill on the balcony.

Loved the pool area with access to the restaurant/bar, the food and drinks were delicious. The outdoor bathroom added to the rustic and authentic island vibe. Great location in general and short walk to the beach. Lots of Taxi/scooter options around. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The "General" restaurant delivered to our Room which was so handy on the last day to maximize our time packing etc.

Style of the room inside and outside. Location. Close to ferry also. Atmosphere.

If I return I will always choose the top not the bottom accommodations. You can hear the noises from above. I had respectful ladies above me but I can't image being under some heavy deep voiced man. Pay for top accommodations unless you are a night owl and will be coming in way late anyhow. That's not me. I rise early and call it a night early and expect to sleep!

Great location, staff were fantastic. The onsite restaurant Lion fish probably had the best food we ate on the island. Very cute little villas, we had booked the deluxe villa which was double storey- really glad we did this as it felt more private than the other rooms looked in comparison. Garden beautifully maintained and inside of villa nice and clean.

The outdoor bathroom could use a bit of a deep clean- it was perfectly fine but floor tiles built up with some dirt and would need a pressure wash, although this is a small detail overall. Hot water didn’t last long in the shower which meant we had very short showers!

location was great for restaurants and spas .its a small resort, so very private. we stayed in a suite , the bedroom was upstairs and was very big and spacious.they supply a huge water bottle for your stay rather than a small bottle everyday. we didnt get breakfast so we ate out elsewhere there are lots of choices elsewhere..

although its on the beach side, there is no access through hotel. you have to walk out front and turn down a side lane to get to the beach.

The Bed is very comfy, the room is spacious and bathroom is clean.

Our room was the first one near the reception on the bottom, in front of the pool and restaurant. I believed I had reserved the “garden facing” room, not the “pool facing” but no other room were available. Although the room was very comfy, you can hear the street noise and the restaurant noise. The rooms upstairs have their bathrooms located downstairs, so if the other guests are using the bathroom, it can disturb with noise and light. Other than that, overall it was a good stay.
