The reasons for choosing this place were location (20-30 min driving from Los Cristianos/Playa del Duque/Las Americas) and price (south is more expensive than north side of the island and this was the most convenient one we could get). We had the only double room on the ground floor (room no 1) and we like the fact it has balcony as well. Bed was comfortable, room temperature was good and wifi working. There are 6 rooms on this floor, 2 full bathrooms with shower and other 2 on the first floor (about 3 rooms there I think, but one of them has private bathroom if I am not wrong). So, we had no issue in finding a free bathroom when needed. There is soap and shower gel and you get 2 towels per person in the room. Hot water was running all the time. Everyday there is somebody cleaning the common spaces and we’ve been told they can clean our room and change towels/bed sheets after 2 nights. We also used the laundry service once. Informed them 1 day in advance and agreed for a time next day. Cost is 3 eur and they add detergent and conditioner if you want. Clothes were clean and smelling good after, I recommend it. Shared kitchen is a plus also as you can cook and eat there. We always found parking spot on the street, so no worries about it. There is a supermarket 3 min away and there are several placed to eat nearby.

Walls are thin and you can hear everything from other rooms, even when they talk between them or on the phone. Because of the noise we could not manage to sleep more in the mornings. As you are sharing bathrooms and kitchen, it depends on your luck with the neighbors how clean (or not) these spaces are during the evenings. One morning we were surprised to see somebody took from our food which was in the fridge. They did not bring it back after, of course. It would have been nice to have 3 towels as one of them should be used for hands.

The villa is located in a lovely neighbourhood. We could also find always a parking lot very closely. Our room was comfy, clean and we got such a good sleep! Seriously, one of the best matresses ever! Also great super market nearby and good accessible from the highway, just approx. 5-7 mins. Also in a town with good restaurants and def not overpriced. Would have stayed longer, since we really liked it and good value. And we liked the kitchen which was very well equipped and the coffee was also delicious. Overall, clearly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! The room was clean and cozy, everything was tidy and pleasant to look at. One big advantage is the parking — it was easy to find a free spot on the street nearby at any time. The bathroom was very convenient and also perfectly clean. In general, the whole house is well-maintained, and you can tell that the hosts really care about their guests’ comfort. The location is great too — there’s a supermarket close by, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to cafés and restaurants, which was very convenient. I also really liked the terrace with a nice view — it’s a perfect place to spend the evening with a glass of wine or a beer. And if you smoke, it’s okay to do so there too. Everything was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no trash bin in the room, or even in the hallway. It would be more comfortable to have one nearby. Also, someone took our food from the shared fridge. This is not the hostel’s fault, but it was still unpleasant. I don’t understand why someone would take food that isn’t theirs, especially when the supermarket is only 3 minutes away and not expensive. But the administrator Anastasia was very kind and tried to help. She gave us a bottle of wine to say sorry, and we really appreciated that.

A good value for money. Lots of options, some suites had private bath and separate rooms with bedding for 4. Others had 2 beds. I had the smallest option, one bed in about 2x3 m room and shared bathroom. Everything was kept very clean. Large common areas, kitchen area, outside lounging. The larger suites had private balconies/patios. Grocery and numerous eateries are in short walking distance. Also bus stops nearby.

The facility itself and communication with staff couldn't have been better. The only negative can't be improved on, which is the proximity to the airport. They must have named the place Costa del Silencio before they built the airport.

Great stop off before an early flight. It’s very close to the airport and taxi number is clearly displayed in reception. We were upgraded to a garden room, which was lovely. Everything was very clean and I was really impressed with the huge shared kitchen. We didn’t actually meet any staff but it wasn’t necessary as everything was very clear. It’s within walking distance of the town, which has a lovely beach front. Overall, a great stay.

My bed was quite saggy in the middle. As you would expect, there was a lot of noise from planes flying overhead.

The property was super clean and smelt so fresh! The host was wonderful and so incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend this property only a 20 minute taxi ride from the south airport! The beds were so comfy too! We had a late check in and everything was explained brilliantly to let ourselves in!

Lovelly clean big twin rom, upgraded to en suite..no extra charge much appreciated. V v v comfie mattress☁️ Fab huge open plan kitchenette dwn stairs, free fresh ground coffee avail... cooking facilities, Tupperware containers.. 5 mins to bus stop from airport 415...plus buses into los Cristianos(which takes 30 mins €1.50)...supermarket 5 mins away also👌 thouraghly reccomended. Very good value. Nice indian on the corner close by and pizza restaurant down at the sea front.

Good location for visiting other parts of the island but not a lot to do in the resort. All communal areas kept cleand we found a lovely local restaurant called Casa Mary that we would recommend The bus service was close by and very cheap and frequent to many locations including the airport..

Instructions on how to use the TV as we struggled to find any english channels. We would have liked a bed room with double bed. The coffee was great but no black tea or decaffeinated options. The designated shelf in the fridge looked good but our food went missing on one occasion which was very disappointing. One of the stoves didn't work on arrival and the other one broke whilst we were there. Could we suggest you have a marked area for people to leave unwanted food when they depart so others can use it?

The kitchen is great and kept clean. I liked that each room had their own shelf in the fridge. My room was very comfortable. Mattress was good. It is a peaceful setting. They provided good directions on how to reach the villa.

They could use larger and better marked (writing is indiscernable) recycling bins in the kitchen. Also, it would be nice if there were some paper towels in bathrooms as it is hard to remember to bring your own towel in each time.

Instructed well right from beginning. Nice free late check-in with instruction how to get to room via message. I come solo for diving purpose in Tenerife. I had good room to rest, huge shared kitched to eat with tv , coffe machine. Free coffee , tea were available. Clearly assigned fridge area for each room. Clean and modern bathroom to take shower. That all I needed. Happy. Super Dino supermarket nearby.

No dislikes. All good.
