The rooms were well equipped and clean. Everything was brand new. The location is also quiet and very comfortable. only 20 min from the south airport and the most beautiful beaches. We were looking forward to the mini club and evening entertainment for our son but unfortunately those were closed due to refurbishment. The pool has sea water and is very cold but it is huge and amazing to swim and spend time in. The beach is tiny next door with no direct access and it is a bit rocky, not best for kids. around the area is OK, it is not as lively as Las Americos area but the harbour side is nice with a couple of very good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. we wanted to check out late and with a little extra payment they let us do that, which was helpful. overall very good stay. Thank you!

Sadly most facilities and entertainment was closed except the pool.

- rooms/aptmns are renovated and are clean, spacious and quiet - pool is huge and seafront - lots of facilities walking distance (markets, restaurants, bars) and parking is Ok

- the exterior of the property and overall the surrounding are quite depressing. Not a big deal if you have a car and if you’re looking for a quite place, but let’s say Las Galletas is not the fanciest town in Tenerife - the pool has seawater which is cool, but the first day we got there it was filled with seaweeds. Got cleaned the day after and then it was much better, but it had to stay closed a whole afternoon for cleaning. Not sure how often this happens. - the area in front to the pool is being renovated

I liked most the location -very nice and quite small town with very nice reastaurants on the cost. Also the waterpool in the hotel is awesome and it is filked with sea water. I liked the big rooms and the view from the room.

What I was negatively surprised from was that the rooms are cleaned just once a week, which is unacceptable for a 3 stars hotel I believe (3stars standard requires daily cleaning).If you'd like more frequent cleaning service, you have to pay for it... This is applicable for every other additional service you need - a fan, towels (you have just 1 for face for instance and we were 3 people), even for the iron and luggage locker if you arrive earlier.

This is our favorite vacation spot! 🤗 It was our second time staying at this hotel as a family — my husband, our little daughter and I — and my dad has been here three times already. This time, we were lucky to enjoy the holiday with our whole family and some friends as well. We especially want to thank Carlos M. — he is truly the heart of this place! Kind, professional, incredibly helpful and always smiling. He goes above and beyond to help guests and solves any question faster than anyone else. Carlos absolutely deserves the highest praise and recognition. He made our stay extra special, and we really hope to see him again on our next visit ❤️❤️❤️

We love everything :) Wery comfortable hotel with enough privacy, rooms nice & modern, bathroom very good shower, good beds, lovely view from balcony on the pool, we also love the swimming pool with amazing views, very spacious, fantastic chillout, and very friendly & helpful staff. We got there everything we need. Also pool have nice bar with very good & cold drinks 😇 Hotel is located in nice relaxing area, with walking distance to some epic places, good transport to near busy places like Christianos ( by bus on front of the hotel), and a loot of local restaurants with super tasty food. So as you see from my review, we love it and can recommend to everyone. Thanks!

The room was amazing, had everything you need on a self catering holiday very comfortable,the pool was the best part of the property, so much space wasn’t crowded at all. Also the two ladies at the snack bar were absolutely lovely and very friendly.

Although I knew the property was under renovation, and the parts that have been done up are lovely it still has a long way to go it still felt very run down.

Loved the big pool..it was litterally massive. Fresh sea water and the apartment was a lovely size. 5 mins walk into a lovely little village with food etc. The staff were so lovely. Couldn't do enough for you. We had a new tv not connected to the Internet do they popped over and sorted it so we has nextflix from a bar code and straight in.

It seemed they wanted extra for most things. I was expecting to leave our luggage in a locked room, but you had lockers 2 euro each, and we had to use 2 lockers and you lost your money. If you wanted to get in your room early or check out late it was 30 euros. You had to pay for the safe plus if you needed a fan that was extra too. The room was quite warm out of season. There was a very noisy fan onnthe ceiling in pur bedroom we popped on before bed

Swimming pool is Amaizing, Also rooms are big.. Very close to evrything, but Christian T is very rude , because of him I’ll lower from 10/8 (wanted to lower even more but I feel sorry)

We had very unpleasant situation with older sir working on desk mister Christian T. Who was always rude and who made us pay for a friend who came for 20 minutes to visit 50 euro, he didn’t allowed him to come until we don’t pay even a night for him, what was first time in my entire life happened to me, to pay for visitor who stay in 20 minutes 50 euro .. I don’t know if he took money for him or what. But this is very bad, and not supposed to happen to anyone.

The apartment was very functional with everything we needed with two kids. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee places around the hotel and Las Galletas seems way less touristic than other areas (we believe it’s mainly locals). The large parking in front of the hotel was also quite convenient and for free. The flat was also very clean when we arrived. Ah and the hotel kindly provided a baby bed with a firm mattress as I requested, thanks a lot!

We had lunch at the pool bar and we hated it, the hot dogs we couldn’t eat them and the pizza (according to them - homemade) was a frozen one and not tasteful at all, some effort should be done. Cleaning once in a week could also be improved, it should be at least 2 times. Also, we saw huge cockroaches (dead) in the street just in front of the reception and a small one dead inside our room.
