I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Before arriving, I was a bit concerned after reading some of them, but my experience was nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable — everything was spotless! While the hotel could use some renovations, the all-inclusive package offered incredible value for money. Considering the price and the overall experience, it was totally worth it! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you — give this place a chance, and you might be as pleasantly surprised as I was!

Animation's for kids and adults for whole day and evening

Very Old TV 😔 and only few channel's usually Spanish language , on breakfast after 9am . missing many products , very cold water in swimming pool

Food better than last time. Pool warmer as last time freezing. People great, staff ,all helpful. The staff especially in restaurants and bar worked very hard.

Small paper cups for every drink,unless u paid for one.Cockroaches, flies, and although animation team very good equipment was poor and lacking. Dead Cockroaches on the floor for days,not a good first impression. One male holiday guest spoiled an evening by being abusive and sexually harassing some female and male guests. Nothing seemed to be done and he has been reported on quite a few occasions over the years. Surprised the hotel has not banned him, but then money talks.

Rooms large and spacious, bit outdated but clean and perfect for someone that's not travelling to spend their whole time in the room. Staff was nice and friendly and the food was good as always and the all-inclusive drinks were also decent given the price paid. A bus to Los Cristianos and Las Americas runs 24/7, at some times more frequently than others for 2 euros per person and between 30-45 minutes commuting time.

On a downhill curve from the previous years when you had 4-5 members of the animations team and various diferent activities, down to just the one person at all times with very little activities, so the in-house entertainment nowhere near the level it used to be. Also there used to be table tennis, not anymore. Overall the lack of entertainment in the hotel makes the idea of spending a whole day just chilling there way less attractive than in the previous years. Overall still very good value for money though.

- great food. There was a variety for both myself and the kids. We eat no pork and I love veg and salads and I was happy. They had a range of desserts but not to my liking. I had fruit and yogurt most nights but other guests seemed to enjoy the desserts. Lots of fresh tasting fish, paella, churros , Tenerife potatoes… I felt I had a chance to taste and eat Spanish food while having the safety of chips ( perfectly fried), pasta, pancakes, and other familiar food for the kids. - Lots of free parking - not a high rise hotel block and we were on the ground floor. Also a quiet area - good animation. We went to the entertainment every night. They also had lots in the day but we didn’t go to these often as we went out of the hotel most days. - enough English speaking staff

There was only 1 pool which was cold. But we did go on April 1st and the sea was also cold. That’s just the weather.

Location was nice ,staff polite and helpful.Beds were comfortable and overall a nice room .Towels and bed sheets were changed twice and cleaning every day .Good entertainment and nice food

Cleaning wise as bathroom door was dirty and spider webs hanging in the corners The other thing was as we arrived late for the check-in (around 23.30) because of the flight and we did not have had any food at all .were expecting something little like a cold snack,anything really it would have been appreciated.

I love it. only just being there so long we only have news and Disney channel which puts us of going. Plus my partner and mums are disabled so the bath was a real big problem as they have no walk in showers x

No walk in showers and television plus its really dated. Cardboard cups for drinks made them taste horrible and no lighting outside after 9.

The food exceeded expectations, it was absolutely delicious. And a so many types that you just needed a little bit of everything because it was so so good. The staff was wonderful, always nice trying to help with everything and they made our stay very confortable. We felt like we knew the staff our whole life. It felt like everyone was family. The garden and plants around the hotel were beautiful. The pool was great too, we enjoyed a lot the shows&games every night. Everything was just great. I do recommend. Next time in Tenerife we will for sure book again Hotel Palia Don Pedro❤️

We would recommend the cleaning to be more through. Otherwise, perfect.

The food was excellent. Great value for money.. The entertainment staff were great and did their best to get everyone to join in their activities.
