Lovely new clean rooms with great facilities. Pools and playground were great for children

The children’s pool wasn’t heated and was so cold we didn’t use it at all. I assume the main pool was heated but wasn’t warm enough, if it wasn’t for the children I wouldn’t have gone it at all due to it not being warm enough. Even though the children loved the pool they didn’t stay in it for long due to it being cold.

All was great and the outside is great! Many things to do!

We were robbed in our apartment… this was not good but hey there was a gang there that did it to many hotels so was just a bad luck…

Our stay at your apartments was fantastic—we had everything we needed. The amenities were perfectly sufficient for a family of 3-4, and the cleanliness was great (fresh towels were provided twice during our stay, along with a full cleaning). The facilities were also excellent, with a heated pool, although it was mostly in the shade in the afternoon. The only small downside, though not a real issue, was the breakfast. We knew in advance that there would be a choice of only two meals, so we were prepared for that. However, over a 9-day stay, it did feel a bit repetitive. That said, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. When we needed an early breakfast, they prepared a takeaway package with fresh fruit, water, and food. For the future, I would suggest expanding the breakfast options to at least four dishes, including something kid-friendly, like croissants with jam and fruit.

Very modern and nicely designed apartment building with convenient parking for a small fee per day. Pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and really enjoyed spending time out soaking up the sun. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The area was quaint. Not too busy but still plenty of bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Bahia beach bar is a great place for a drink and small bite to eat. The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with all basic items.

The view from the room was a little disappointing. The time of year we visited was very quiet so surely we could have been given a room that wasn't overlooking the building work. However it was still pleasant in the evening as the sun shone on our balcony.. Just a slight suggestion to maybe place guests with a better view in quieter seasons and if the rooms are available.

This was our second stay at the Marinell Palm Mar. The complex and apartments are very well equipped, modern and with a team of exceptional cleaning and maintenance staff. The care to ensuring the complex is meticulously clean is second to none. Also the replacement of towels and bedsheets every 3 days was a welcome bonus. The pool area is great, both for relaxation and for swimming laps. Having three teenage kids, the gym, pool tables and pool were great to occupy their time. The addition of the restaurant/shop adds to the convenience of the complex. There are a few local restaurants along the main street, which offer good value and range of food. The 750m long promenade is a pleasant walk with lovely views across to Los Cristianos.

The location is a very sedentary and quiet. The area is mostly residential and very suited to a young families and those looking for a poolside vacation. There is little to no evening entertainment in the area, which would have been welcomed to keep teenagers off their devices and broaden their horizons and experiences!

Very spacious room with large balcony. Kitchen well equipped except for no oven. Staff at reception were very lovely and helpful when I asked for help with anything. Shop staff also very kind, the shop is useful and the food by the cafe very nice and reasonable prices. Pool very nice and clean and the pool toilet facilities also very clean and well kept.

The apartment bathroom could do with a bottle of bleach in the shower! Discoloured tiles that need a good scrub. Dirty sock left in the wardrobe and under the beds which my kids moved to be further apart were very dusty underneath. Could do with cleaner at least a few times a week as I don’t go on holiday to clean the floors and towels myself! The smell of weed being smoked from the room below was awful to be the point we had to close the door when we were in the apartment. The bed is so so hard that my back is really hurting after 10 nights on it. The sound of the building site next to us at 8am was annoying but also our balcony was looking on to this building site! Walk to the local shop and there is dog poo piled on the side of the paths, absolutely stinks

We had a week here with 2 kids, everything was nice and I was very happy with the choice to stay here, very quite area, and very nice apartments, everything you may need was there, special thanks to the staff at the Banana bar who made our breakfast great every morning, hope we can come back soon, definitely a good value property !

The flies at the bar, some days it was impossible to sit there, the staff at the bar was also unhappy about the annoying insects, there is reaĺly nothing else I can think of, they should fix the insect problem and thats it, everything else just great !

Staff weren’t always the friendliest, particularly security man around the pool who kept telling people off, woman when we were checking in was a bit abrupt as we were delayed as reception was closing at 10 and person who responded to email regarding taxi from airport before we arrived. Lots of building work happening around the site which meant view wasn’t great and could be noisy. However, everything else was great, good price for a week away, facilities were great, room was cleaned okay and refreshed 3x during the week, the site has plenty of restaurants nearby and an onsite bar/restaurant/shop which was really useful and reasonably priced. Lots of dinners available and didn’t feel too crowded during Easter holidays which was nice. Would return!

Everything is good. You can feel that hotel is growing. They have everything what you need in hotel area if you decide to not go anywhere. The supermarket inside with fresh bread surprised me! (Just don't be afraid to bake longer ha). The locations is good if you looked at the map and chose to stay further from main cities. The town has a lot of restaurants, in reception we got recommendations where to eat. There is beach, supermarkets, parking is everywhere (don't need to use hill only). We asked further room from construction and we got it. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has more than needed. If you know what you are buying, you red everything (reviews, hotel descriptions) you know what to expect and how to ensure you good stay there. I believe this hotel will be better and better. And one day the pools will be heated too, ha;)

Modern apartments clean to a high standard. Myself and my husband wanted a quiet break away from the main strip and this was perfect. We hired a car do being away from everything was no issue. The mini market and snack bar on site was a bonus and run by a lovely Italian man who was always friendly. All staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The area is also spotless with toilets that are clean poolside. We would definitely come back here as we loved our stay. Little gem in the south of Tenerife. I recommend that you hire a car if your staying here.

Parking was hit and miss you can pay to park on site but usually a space outside sometimes we had to park further down the street but no issue as 1-2 minute walk
