Very spacious!! Could have invited many people!!

The noise from the bars, but we knew about it. We thought it was just one bar, but they were like 3 and all playing different music! A lot of cupboards in the kitchen, but hardly any plates and glasses!! Don’t know why there was a dishwasher as you need some crockery if you are not to be washing half empty machine every time! No red/white wine glasses and no wine/beer opener. Two water glasses.

Great apartments, larger than expected, lovely pool, friendly staff. We would happily return.

Just a little outside of town. It's a leisurely stroll. Maybe ten minutes. We would have preferred to be a little closer to the action.

Delighted with the location and facilities of these Atlas suites. Huge rooms, really huge. Living room, kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. We booked three apartments each with two bedrooms for a family gathering. Lovely pool in the middle, for us all to meet up. My daughter’s apartment had a superb roof terrace with a BBQ, where we met up. Plenty fair price restaurants everywhere. Strolled down to the seafront and walked back slowly up the hill with elderly family members. Gentle incline. Shops and cafes and barber shop all nearby.

Some people reported some flats suffer from noisy bars accross the street. Once inside, you can’t hear anything, and at our apartment, ( not on street side) we heard nothing. Soap was provided, but no shampoo / conditioner etc you see in most hotels. Our rooms were not cleaned during our stay, but we kept it tidy ourselves. If we needed anything we could ask at reception.

Stayed in Acapulco suite,absolutely beautiful, clean and huge! All facilities have been thought of and access straight to the pool from our room! Fantastic location, supermarket pubs restaurants on your doorstep and a five minute walk from the beach. Staff were very friendly and we were given an early check-in which really helped!

As with the location comes the noise,every night until at least 1-2 am so bear this in mind when booking a suite,ask for the ones on opposite side of pool. While the suites are beautiful they are a bit dated, bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever,and the bedding was old and used.

Our superior air conditioned two bedroom apartment (Maui) surpassed our expectation. Very spacious on two levels with an added bonus of private rooftop area with dining furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. Beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has its own balcony and ensuite luxury bathroom with bath/shower and plenty of hot water at all times. Kitchen is well furnished throughout, washing machine, spin drier, ironing board, infact everything necessary for a home from home stay. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Excellent location just a ten minute walk from the sea front or into the old town of Los Cristianos. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.

There are stairs within the apartment to access the master bedroom and yet another spiral stairway to reach the rooftop sunbathing area so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. My heavy luggage was rather challenging to heave up and down at start and end of holiday. There are bars across the road open until late with fairly loud music at night. Wasn't a problem for us as we are night owls ourselves on holiday.

The apartment was huge and extremely clean, it was great to have so much space. It was really handy to be able to make breakfast in the morning and have the use of a full kitchen. The pool was accessible from the room although it was quite cold. The patio area outside was nice and spacious but quite shaded during the day so we used the beach more. We were greeted by Alfonso when we arrived and he couldn't have been more helpful and very very friendly. We felt very welcome. Check in was in the afternoon and we arrived at 10am but we were able to leave our bags in the luggae room and within 20 mins our room was ready so it was great. The location is about a 10 min walk to the main street/beach etc but we didn't mind walking. There are pubs/restaurants across the road but we didn't find it noisy. There is a really good supermarket across the road. We would definitely stay here again

It would have been nice if the pool was a bit warmer. The shower could do with a bit of a spruce. Other then that, we couldn't complain

Catia was the highlight of the resort - she very efficiently communicated everything to us before, during, and after the stay. At one point our money and rental car key were stolen at a beach, and Catia was just incredibly helpful - she helped us locate the police station, called the cab for us, got us all the information from the rental service, etc. So much help was really appreciated in such a moment. As for the apartment, it is quite spacy, it has an exit directly to the pool, it has all the necessary amenities and so on. Everything is as shown on the pictures and described in other comments. During our 10 day stay we had one complimentary cleaning included which was really appreciated. As for the location, it is very well positioned for lively nights out - there are pubs and bars just across the street. It's less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and after that you can reach most other beaches on foot walking along the coast between beaches on one side and restaurants and shops on the other.

We are really happy with our stay, with the apartment and especially with the service. The only thing I would point out is that if you need to get a good night's sleep - consider bringing a pair of ear plugs, because the bars and pubs across the street can be heard inside and they only close between midnight and 1 in the morning.

This is a fabulous complex with excellent attentive staff, especially Cathia the front of house manager. Everything is to a high standard and the location is brilliant. We are repeat visitors and I'm sure we will return, the pool area is very quiet despite the location and you have everything you need for a great holiday within a few hundred meters of this base.

Internet went down for several days, apparently a problem outside of the complex's control. But not good in this day and age.

We stayed in Atlas Suites apartment. We had 4 bedrooms all ensuite with a private terrace and jacuzzi. The whole place exceeded my exceptions I never stayed in a place with such a huge and beautiful bathroom. The picture does not even do the place enough justice. The communal swimming pool and sun-beds are also very nice. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and extreme kind. Thanks to Alphonso, Catia and the security guard for making my stay so enjoyable. The check in process was very smooth as we’ve completed part of it online. The hotel is very well located. There is a shopping centre within 2 mins walk with restaurants and supermarket, there a lot of restaurants right opposite to the hotel. I would highly recommend check out Avangard. The seaside/ beach is within 10-15 mins walk. You can easily get to other areas such as Las Playas Americas and Costa Adeje within 10 mins taxi ride. If you want to go to Siam park there’s a free bus up the road. I would highly recommend this place I had a amazing stay.

The shower could do with a bit more scrubbing, it wasn’t horrible but it could have been better.

, Fantastic apartment,very spacious,swim up pool.Staff were fantastic, very helpful,polite and always immaculately dressed,makes it look and feel a real 5 star set up.cant beat it for location,be great if there was a small bar and snack availability,however ,plenty near.

Could do with a heated pool,was a bit taken aback,when we agreed on 1 extra night, was told €100 which i had proof of in email, was surprised to be told €120 even though price had been agreed, just a small bugbear, if a price is agreed, that's it in my book.
