Good location and excellent breakfast. We were on B&B but arrived at 8.30pm, but were able to get dinner which was great after a long journey. The hotel has spacious areas where you can sit and relax & outdoor area was good.

No tea/coffee provision in room

Reception area was very pleasant and staff very efficient and friendly. Outdoor pool area was very spacious and inviting. Pool bar and snack area very comfortable. Buffet hall was very clean, well staffed and well stocked with an excellent selection of hot and cold food. Lifts very efficient and no waiting time even though I was going all the way to the 15th floor! Bed room was good size with a separate large bathroom and balcony with side sea view. Bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned daily with change of towels etc.

Had to pay a deposit for a pool towel and a daily charge for a fresh towel. Balcony door lock was damaged and not usable. A separate door chain installed was too long and not safe or secure too use. I had no choice but to pay an extra daily charge for the room safety box.

Stayed for 6 nights half board in a xtra double room with view, the room was lovely with no issues, perfect central location. The food was varied cooked well and warm. .

The hotel itself looks a bit of an eyesore and could do with a bit of painting. We did hear a few guests complaining that the package they booked only had a standard room and was tiny and awful, most upgraded at extra costs, however I booked my room via booking.com so knew what to expect.

The hotel's location is fantastic: just 2 minutes from the bus stop; 15 minutes from the beaches and restaurants; and 20 minutes from the bus station. My apartment was comfortable, bright, and clean. Although the furniture was old-fashion but still in good condition. Despite its small size, the balcony provided a lowely view of the city, ocean, and mountains. The continental breakfast was both tasty and fresh..

My room did not include a fridge. At the same time, there was an electric kettle. I did not find any bottles of the water in my room. It made me a little bit upset because it was midnight. I did not have another choice and went downstairs in the lobby. I found three machines that had juice and water. However, only one of them was worked. The receptionist and the guard were both amiable and respectful. They assisted me with the issue.

We stayed dinner, bed and breakfast. There was a fabulous choice of food, all very healthy and plentiful. If I visited again I personally wouldn’t have dinner every night as there are many restaurants in the resort. The location was good and bus stop about a 10 minute walk away with good links. It was very good value. Restaurant, cleaning and reception staff all very helpful. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable and mattress toppers were put on that night. If that didn’t help (which it did) we were offered a room swap.

Some of the sun beds by the pool had seen better days although there was always another to choose.

1. Breakfast is really good and wide variaty of what you can eat. 2. Xtra room was in the 9th floor with really good view across the city and the ocean. 3. Room looked scandinavian style, all white, looked really good upon entering. 4. Good sound insulation in the room. 5. Really huge parking, never had a problem to park a car, even during the nights when coming back late there was always space.

1. Very outdated hotel which looked like its falling apart slowly. 2. Room had so many repairs done that it was clearly seen that last renovation was in 2000s. And now only small repairs done. 3. Pool is not Heated and its really cold. 4. Cockroaches scater the hotel daily, some of them climbed to the 9th floor which was an surprise for me (will attach pictures of it). 5. Loads of people during breakfast and if someone drops an fork which is used by everyone they usually put it in the same place and other people take food with that fork... While it was on the dirty ground. 6. You could see traces of old hotel name, especially outside the hotel at the parking area with the fountains. 7. Stained bed sheets. 8. Rusted bath 9. Overall its used to the ground and needs to be upgraded..

The hotel is very close to Los Cristianos beach and various places to eat. The view from the rooms at top floors is incredible to the sea and the mountains. Although the room furniture is quite old, it is cleaned every day and has everything for a comfortable stay.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which is quite inconvenient in the hot weather. Also the bathroom was constantly smelling, the hotel needs to check the drain pipe because I think it was not just a problem in my room. In addition, there are no sockets near the bed and bedside table in the room, so it was very inconvenient to charge gadgets and a laptop at night.

Everything was great apart from something what is not your fault. The Hotel is Old and is built like a storage Heater so it sucks in to the bricks the sun of the day and then radiates the heat inside at night making sleeping almost imposable.

Night Heat

Location is great! It is very close the sea side, close to the amenities and hotel is very easy accessible (also visible ;) ) Id say is nice strategic location. All rooms are in just one building what makes getting around hotel much easier. Pool is on sunny side, and if you lucky enough to get room on that side, you can enjoy sun all say long. Shade rooms on the other side have also nice mountain/sea view and are not that overheated. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving you that family feeling. Everything was clean and organised. Program and activities were interesting, decent nad fun. I enjoyed morning classes very much. I liked small complementary in bathroom. There was big variety of food and drinks, fresh and tasty.

I had room just above the main entrance and noice of arriving guests in the middle of the night was waking me up.And the bed wasn’t much comfortable.

Staff general are very friendly and helpful. Good facilities, great location, generally good views.

Built in 1972 and it is starting to show its age as you look around. Pool is patched in places. Decoration worn in places. Needs some tlc but still a lovely place to stay. Some rooms are small, if you"r on a tight budget don't expect much, get out your room and enjoy the location, so much to see and do. Food is wonderful, so many great places to eat and you don't need a huge budget to eat.
