It was a nice size for a studio Air conditioning was great & WiFi in your rooms Bar was great and the food fantastic A lovely heated swimming pool

Dead cockroaches in wardrobe & kitchen cupboard. Toilet not fixed properly.

The apartment was very modern and clean. I really liked the spacious balcony, with 2 sun loungers. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They let us use their luggage room and pool facilities after check out which was nice :) This place seemed to attract a quieter crowd too which I liked.

Whilst the pool facilities were really nice, the only thing that got on my nerves was the hogging of sun loungers. Me and my partner used the pool facilities a few times, and a lot of loungers had towels dumped on them for hours on end with no one coming back to them! Even worse, these were the loungers with the most sun exposure, but no one using them. There was a lifeguard on duty majority of the time, so this could easily be managed better, as there were guests shoved in the shade due to loungers being hogged.

I have stayed here MANY times it's my favourite place in this area the Apartments have everything you need even a washing machine and large terrace with sunbeds Small restaurant has a really good cheap and varied menu well done to Stacey and her team who works so hard. Staff are faultless so welcoming and cheerful even night porter who showed me to my apartment at midnight thank you for the water. You should all be so proud of yourselves as it's all down to your hard work and services that keep customers returning. I will be back again in January

N/A everything was perfect for me

The pool area was great, well protected from the wind and enough sunbeds to go around. The bar/restaurant has a good choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Also, areas to sunbathe by the apartments, with sun beds provided. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need for a holiday.

Although the apartment was kept clean and tidy, being welcomed by a cockroach or two when arriving in after a night out (most nights) wasn't the greatest part of the holiday. Having said that, I would go here again and take some repellent next time.

As shown in the photo's on booking.com the apartment has pool view at the center of the complex but this is not correct the apartment is behind the the main pool view apartments with no pool view!! but thank god we were lucky to get moved to a pool view apartment on our second day :-) which was what we thought we were booking in the first place

Very clean, everything you needed for a self catering stay. Great pool and sunbed area Entertainment was good as was the bar and staff

The cleaning staff were very vocal from 7:30 in the morning (not much chance of a lie but in. Also found the dividing walls did not keep out the noise you could clearly hear people in the adjoining duplexes.

We booked one bedroom apartment, That was really big, comfortabl, clean with a tiny back yard. The kitchen was upstairs,full equipped with washingmashin,microwave,coffeemashin,toaster, electric kettle,and plates, different glasses,pans…a cozy bedsofa and a dining table and a dreamy terrace with a view of mountains and even sea. Location was perfect,10 minutes or even less to a big supermarket “Dialprix” and also 1 small local 24h supermarket that could really save U in some points. Its also 10 mins to main bus station,and 25 mins to playa de los cristianos. I just wanted to mention the safety of the neighborhood as well, and also peace and silence of area. If U are family or couple or even with elderly persons, here could be a perfect choice 4 U.

To be honest, there was nothing

I was very pleased with how comfortable was to get there and that it was away from the crowded places. And I had a terrace where I can lounge in the sun! Although was hoping for a balcony/terrace with more privacy, but still people were friendly and kept to themselves. Didnt expect to have 2 toilets though 😁 but all in all, I was happy with the peace and quiet vacation, as that was what I was looking for! The staff were informative and friendly, and the ladies who clean always said Buenas Dias or Ola, so no complaints! Also, the supermarket was nearby and there was either a mountain nearby to climb on or the beach and the city centre to have a walk in, you choose! Thank you Ona Los Claveles for taking care of my comfort!

Quiet location, but everything nearby. Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and great value. The on-site mini market was handy. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the pool side bar had a great selection of drinks and food, very reasonable prices. We are looking at booking the hotel again early next year as we had a great time (one man we met has been going every year since he was a young boy, that speaks volume of the hotel).

The only one issue we had was that the walls in rooms seem very thin, so there was noise coming from either side of us. More to do with the construction of the building rather than noisey guests. Some guests, unfortunately, put towels on sunbeds first thing in the morning and didn't return until the afternoon. Shame for the guests who wanted a sunbed. This goes on in most hotels, but it is still frustrating and needs addressing.

We've been to Los Cristianos many many times but didn't know this place existed. We found it by a lucky chance and will definitely be back. The pool bar was great and friendly and the breakfasts were fab, the restaurant served up excellent food and the evening entertainment in the bar was lively and everyone was so friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable and there was everything you could possibly need in the apartment for your stay. We found a little gem.
