People working there are really helpful, friendly and always smiling. During our two-month stay, we had some problems (like not working room keys, leaking water or missing blanket), but everything was solved quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed the thoughtful facilities (amazing pool, comfortable co-working space with external monitors, pool bar with reasonable priced food and drinks) and cleanliness everywhere.

The beds are old and I would appreciate them being replaced, but they have nice mattresses, so it kind of solves the problem. But just partly. Another thing is the location - it's not the apartment's fault of course, but it is located a bit higher and it takes roughly 20-30 minutes of steep walking from the ocean back to the apartments which makes it a bit tricky if you want to visit more places than a two a day. But we like moving, and we had a car, so it was not a game-changing bad thing. Just keep in mind, fellow travellers, especially with kids (pushing a stroller up to the hill is not always fun haha), or elders.

Overall, a great place to stay. Bit of a hill to climb, but taxi's so cheap it didn't bother us.

One thing that comes up time and time again when reading reviews of the place (before booking) is the dirty glass around the swimming pool. It really detracts from the place which is otherwise very good. Is this down to pure laziness? Or are management not taking heed of the continuous negative feedback on the glass around the pool. For Feck's sake..... clean it !

Excellent facilities, friendly and very helpful staff. Security guard on at night felt very safe. Snack bar was great and staff were lovely. Price was reasonable and the apartment had everything you could possibly need, they even provided tea/coffee, jam/cakes, orange juice and a bottle of cava & white wine. Lovely stay will definitely return.

Only downside for us was the uphill location and 25 min walk to las vistas not bad for younger people but may be an issue for young children/elderley however taxis are cheap and you can hire a car/scooter so it isn’t much of an issue. Hills cannot be helped somewhere like Tenerife

The bed was extremely comfortable and so too was the pillow. We were a family of four and we all had a great night's sleep. The apartment was extremely clean. We LOVED the fact that there were two showers and two toilets. Large apartment. Lots of little extras like a bottle of wine upon arrival, coffee, washing up liquid, shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and bars and restaurants. When we were leaving they even offered us the use of shower facilities with clean towels and a hairdryer. Couldn't fault this apartment. Extremely reasonable. Cabana bar was also great value. We didn't eat at the bar so I can't comment on the food but the drinks were lovely and very reasonably priced.

Nothing! I had read the reviews beforehand so I knew it was up a hill but we are all young and fit so this didn't bother us at all. Actually, it made all that eating and drinking guilt free with the walk up hill afterwards.

Close to the city and quite silent. Plenry of restaurants close by which offer delicious food. The apartments and balcony are spacious. I could rent a desktop for one euro a day which was very helpful and cheap. The receptionist and cleaning staff are very friendly and professional. So I liked it very much. Last but not least the swimming pool is clean and good for swimming areas to do proper training.

An electrical mixer was not part of the kitchen utilities. I missed it.

The staff was very welcoming. The property is in a really good location within walking distance to the beach and bars. The facilities was really good. The pool bar served really good food and snacks and was also cheap 😀, highly recommend this place to stay, we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thankyou Kavan.

Nice apartment, little bit outdated but has all you need. Comfortable beds Nice swimming pool, and bar are, staff very kind

Most of sunbeds reserved with towels since early morning, but not many people really use them for hours. There is an information that it's prohibited but people are still doing that so something more should be done with that. The walls between apartments should be more soundproofed as you can here all the noises from around, specially if your neighbors like to party till early morning.

The location is perfect yes up a hill but walking distance to everything. We stayed in room 325 very comfortable and large as there was 5 adults and 1 toddler. I would most definitely book to stay here again. Bar on complex is fantastic! great cocktails and food outstanding and so reasonably priced.

No reception overnight so if you have a problem after 17:30 there is no one available until 9:00 am.

Everything was how we wanted it to be, Beya the receptionist was exceptional always gave great service and the security guard George is a topnotch guy gave alot of help when we arrived to hotel after midnight.

All i could say is i wish i had a balcony
