The pools, rooms and spa were great. There are multiple pools if you would like one that is quiet rather than with the entertainment. There was regular cleaning of the facilities and the staff were helpful and worked to fix any issues we had. The resort is very large and there are lifts to each floor, the sea view rooms have a clear view. There is a bus service hourly down into Los Cristianos and the beach, and the taxis know how to easily find the hotel. The balconies are large and have sun loungers and a table for you to eat and space for you to dry towels and beachwear.

The hotel is a combination of time shares and hotel, we had some interesting discussions and felt a little uncomfortable at times. They had double booked our room and we had to move after the first night which was a pain, but they upgraded us to a sea view and after a further complaint, they offered us a free meal. The rooms are dated but clean, and the pool entertainment is very loud, no matter where you are. This does end at 10pm though. Although, it says no same sex groups on the website, we saw multiple hen/stag dos, no issues with this, but some may be expecting it to be quieter than it is.

I had requested an apartment with pool views and large balcony and was pleased to say that my request had been fulfilled. I received a text from Hector (a member of staff) on the day after my arrival, asking if everything was ok with the apartment. I said that there was a few minor issues: one light not working in the bathroom, door stop next to the shower was a bit awkward when getting in and out of the shower and the towel rail kept falling off, i did say they were minor issues. On my return to the apartment all these had been sorted, well done Hector.

Stuff was.so kind. Hotel even gave wine to my wife for her birthday. Appartment was big and layout was good (bedroom in another floor level). Nice view.from the balcony. Location was good for us. Breakfast was superb and pools were nice, but we didnt used them much.

Appartment is a bit old and needs to be renovated in order to match the amount paid per night. 125 euro per night is a bit much, 60-70 would be fine. We go to bed early, hotel music was too loud on some evenings. But others may like an option to drink some wine and enjoy the hotels shows. Hotel is on the hill, I even liked that since I am traiming for the marathon at the moment. But.older people may strugle ... Hotel provides free bus, so shoudnt be a big deal at the end. Appartment pictures on booking.com are.generic, so I thought I booked an appartment with the sea view... well this was not the case and I had to pay extra to get it.

We booked a 2 bed apartment which had a 2 x single bed room and a double bedroom for a 2 week stay, myself and my adult son. I requested that the 2 singles be replaced with a double bed-no issue at all, the hotel confirmed this would be ok and it was. We went for room only and on a cpl of days we went to the dining area and payed €13 for a buffet breakfast-great value and a great choice of breakfast items available, with minor tweaks to what was available each morning we were there.

Location, is the only thing I can possibly say was not ideal, and that’s only from the point of view that it’s a €7-10 taxi to Las Americas/Los Christianos, the resort itself has pretty much all you need other than suitable night entertainment (it’s very family oriented) not what we were looking for

Good location and bus service into the city and beach area. Accommodating staff. Friendly to our young kids. Clean rooms. Great area to keep luggage put away prior to the room being ready/check-in. Convenient grocery store on the hotel property.

At least one of the pools was advertised as being heated and at the time of our stay (18-22 Dec) it was not.

The Receptionist was amazing. I hadn't a clue where my accommodation was & she kindly walked me to the room. Service above & beyond. Excellent customer service.

No phone connection to call Reception should there be anything wrong! I was very dissatisfied with the evening meal so hence I didn't go down for it again. Food cold not much of a selection

Excellent hotel with good clean accommodation, we booked 3 x 1 Bed room apartments and requested that they were together. The Hotel managed to fulfil this required. Each room had a sofa bed in the lounge area and a separate bedroom with double beds. The lounge has aircon, 2 x private patio areas and a kitchen area in a separate part of the lounge. The hotel is about 10-15min downhill walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. The hotel is located on a hill. Others have described it as a steep hill but we enjoyed the slow walk back up and is more than manageable. There is an hourly free shuttle bus from the hotel (just outside) that drops you off to the beach and you can use the same stop to go back to the hotel later if you don't fancy the walk. We booked half board and there was plenty of variety at breakfast and at dinner. If you are a vegetarian, there are good choices but trying to work out what is vegetarian and what isn't is difficult. The hotel sent us regular WhatsApp message to see if we needed anything and when we messaged back that it was difficult to work out what was vegetarian food, they responded back immediately with the name of a dinner service staff that we can speak to who would then happily talk us through the options. I believe the hotel are working on making this process a lot easier in the future as all it really needs is a "V" clipped onto the relevant dishes.

Difficult to work out what was vegetarian and what wasn't with some of the dishes as I know from experience that sometimes animal stock can be used in the pasta tomato sauce for example.

Staff were great, our room overlooked the pool. About a 10 minute walk to the shops and 20 minutes walk to a strip which had restaurants and small bars. Free shuttle bus to and from the beach

Cabs were charging more for short journey, advice given by reception always ask for a receipt and if you have been overcharged the hotel will sort this for you to get your money back

Nice and very spacious apartment with everything you need. Delicious food,great variety of choices. Peaceful location,great for families, nice heated pools,kids enjoyed very warm kids pool. Beach is a bit further but there is courtesy bus if you don't have car or don't want to search for parking when going to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful

It is true that apartments are a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable (which is more important)
