The staff were very helpful, loved the pool area, the apartment was lovely with great views.
Got there at 12.30, check in time was 4pm, she said she would check to see if the room was ready, it was ready by about 2pm but they wanted €30 to let us in early, so we spent the €30 on some drinks instead and got in our apartment at 4pm. We arrived on a Friday and were told the cleaners only come every 3 days, so our apartment was cleaned on Monday and that was it for a whole week. The build up of waste and recycling was not very hygienic.

We stayed in H212, overlooking the pool. Great duplex apt, for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apt was clean, bedding and towels changed twice a week and we could always get a sun lounger around the pool, which is fab. The WhatsApp message service with reception worked well and staff were responsive and helpful with any issue or requests for extra stuff. Would recommend as great value for money.
There were a few drain smells occasionally.

Breakfast was lovely with good range of options. Location was quiet away from busy/noisy areas. View from balcony was amazing over rooftops to sea and port. Staff were friendly.
People need to be aware there are not lifts and apartments are over 4 levels so lots of steps to carry suitcases up and down. Beds are very firm (but ok). No proper orange juice for breakfast (only very weak cordial) - and Spain is the home of the orange! Disappointed that the gym/bowling/games room was not open for our stay.

Swimming pool was always spotless clean and easy access and close to the resort bar. The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Staff seemed nice. Loungers were comfortable and the resort itself has beautiful visuals. Bed was comfortable as well and kitchen had most appliances needed.
The apartment didn't have basic things that are normally left for the guests such salt or sugar or other kitchen necessities to cook not to buy the whole packs for few days. They try to charge you for everything. The air conditioner that is in the apartment has no remote, if you want the remote you have to pay. They try to RENT you a beach towel for 5 euros. Not refundable, it's not a deposit. But it's the price you could buy your own nice colorful towel from the souvenir shop, and keep it.

Very calm place, no a single noise disturbed our rest, it was so quiet. Of course, it may be different in the more frequented parts of the hotel. It was a delicious, varied breakfast. Clean and good smelling rooms.
A bit far away from the Los Cristianos beach, so we had to take our car every day to the beach. (It would be 30Min walk.) At the pool, the swimming instructor was so strict that she didn't even allow us to move the sunbeds a little further so that we could lie in the sunny part (even though there were about 4 people in total at the pools). I don't think that made any sense.

We love the complex, facilities, apartments, friendly/helpful staff, mostly other considerate guests, breakfast choice, usually option of both pools (one being retired this stay), set back from all the hustle and bustle, choice of secluded apartments, the cafe/bar, sport/entertainment facilities, bar music all day long and food/drinks available all day. The Carnival BBQ evening was fantastic.
The walk from the beach and the steps are hard work for the unfit, but helps fitness during the stay. That’s just part of the lovely complex and it’s secluded location though!

I was so sad to leave - we had an amazing stay. From being greeted by the friendly receptionist team we were blown away by our room, we had 2 private balconies with clear views of the sea - watching the sun go down with a glass of wine was one of the best parts of our day. Loved having the kitchen area and fridge, seats/sofas and beds were clean and very comfortable and plenty of seating on the balconies. It was super clean everywhere, all of the communal areas/pool toilets/pool and pool area were obviously cleaned daily and there was a wide variety of choice for breakfast with freshly made pancakes each morning. Yes there are a lot of stairs to some parts of the complex, though there are ramps to wheel luggage up for most of it. This wasn't an issue for us but if you do have any mobility issues then just ask the reception team if they could accommodate a room on the lower ground - it's such a large complex I'm sure they will accommodate if they can. Loved the surrounding area - some off the tourist trail restaurants that were cheap to eat in but food was excellent. There are 2 well stocked/large supermarkets a few minutes walk away and check out the roof terrace of the local foodmart for live music/dancing and a wide variety of foods and wine/beer to choose from. We will be booking next year and I will be requesting the same room. Thanks so much for having us everyone
We had breakfast every morning and although there was a wide range of fruits/breads/cereals/cheeses/meats etc available and all very fresh, I did find that some of the hot food buffet - especially the mushrooms and vegetables - were cold.

We liked the style of the building, Andalucian white style and not too high rise. Lovely area around pool which was not too busy. Pool was lovely, a bit chilly but still enjoyable. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, and good terrace. We only had breakfast 2 days but it was of a good standard. Location has pluses and minuses, up a steep hill and a fair walk from the sea/town but lovely views etc and lots of places to eat nearby.
Kitchen could have been better equipped, very minimal. An umbrella for the terrace would have been good.

It’s so clean and well looked after Big supermarket short walk away … good bargain pubs / restaurants It was quiet and all guests respectful Taxi rank at the corner Gardens are so well kept A very chilled vibe - the opposite of playa de las Americas - you can easily walk along the shore to get there Siam park is amazing and I don’t even swim - kept thinking I was in Thailand One bedroom apartment had loads of room and a tv that you can get Netflix on if you wish - usually it never works I quite liked my bed and comfy pillow
It was a tiny bit dated but still loved it for the money - quiet gym, loads of loungers, tennis and squash courts It is up a bit of a hill but I liked that as I ve been so inactive lately - great view though and like that personally - worth it if you can

There is lot of stairs, after lond day on beach is really hell to climb up to your apartment especialy if you have room in upper parts of complex. If i choose again this acomodation, i will cancel food in hotel, breakfast is everyday same, food is not warm. About dinner in mirage just skip this idea, for that money you can eat outside for much cheaper price. Dinner was cold and not plany of options. Food was not tasty. And when we want to cancel dinner was not possible beacause we paid in advance. So for my advice is eat outside of hotel, cook for yourself is the best option. Beds can be more confortable, furniture calling for new modern design its little old inside.
