You can have a kettle and tea if you ask. + Bathroom with a lot of room for your stuff and with five different body care products + Parking area for guests right at entrance + Gate with direct access to sea promenade and short walk to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and the not-so-nice beach in the harbour area + Rich wellness programme with five classes per day. I attended two excellent Yoga classes on the rooftop with ocean view!

- 15 or 30 minute walk the the two nicer beaches - Spa area closes at 6pm

We were thrilled with how warmly we were welcomed—starting with mimosas upon arrival! Check-in was a breeze, and our room was spacious, spotless, and kept that way thanks to the daily housekeeping. The bathroom had everything we could need, which was so convenient. Since we mentioned it was our honeymoon, they went the extra mile to surprise us with bubbly and a delightful treat in our room—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s beachfront exit made it super easy to enjoy lovely strolls along the shore. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were genuinely friendly and always greeted us with a smile as we passed by. All in all, it was an amazing stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel staff they were very relaxed and friendly. Greeted with a bucks fizz lovely touch. Room was big enough for us two with comfortable beds modern decor with a lovely wraparound balcony. Hotel has a beautiful reception and a really lovely bar restaurant and pool area with lovely classy modern furniture. Food was excellent we paid for dinner buffet good food big choice. Breakfast was great included in the price and buffet style lots and lots of choice.......dangerous!! Thank God I bought elasticated waistband shorts Lol. Brilliant position right on the beach you couldn't get closer to everything.

Nothing really. Being picky now was a bit noisy as we were facing the road with road noise but everywhere is noisy in los Cristianos. Noise stopped from midnight though. That said I would definitely stay here again but prefer to have a beach facing balcony apartment.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lovely gift for my birthday too🍾🥂 it's on the photo. I adore the pool and jacuzzi. They were warm, clean and lovely. My father and I spent hours lounging around them and enjoying the water. I love that each room comes with a balcony too. It's very convenient. And the sea view was lovely. There was a variety of food and a huge range of desserts. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Which I prefer because it allows me to pick what I want. There was always an offering of fresh fruits too. The location is super convenient. The beach is literally 5 minutes away and there are any shop you need in walking distance. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Had a great overnight stay at H10 Big Sur. Loved the hotel. Very nice rustic / boutique feel and service was outstanding. Plenty of car parking space. The outside space was relaxing with mature gardens. Lots of comfy seating and the swimming pool was warm. The evening buffet was 10/10. Could choose own meat and they cook it for you there and then. Fair play they even played up a great breakfast for us at 03:40 for our very early departure at 04:00. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Will use it again for a short stay for a flight into Tenerife before ferry to La Palma. See you in 2025! 100%. Muchas Gracias! 🙏

General ambience and appearance very good. Situation on the promenade with private access wonderful. All staff very helpful and friendly in accommodation, breakfast area, bar. Reception staff were really great, very welcoming upon our arrival and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely breakfast each day. Bar staff were friendly and efficient

Electronic key system for rooms very poor. Very difficult to open room door. Many guests had same experience. Needs to be replaced. In bathroom essential that grab bars are installed in shower.

Lovely hotel with great staff (except a couple in the restaurant but they were run off their feet). Excellent breakfast buffet and decent dinner for a very good value. Yoga and other classes from rooftop decks. Nice pool area. Right on the beach with great views. Close to restaurants but super quiet. We were the youngest people there but still enjoyed the nightly entertainment and found the lack of kids and young partiers a relief!

The buffet got crowded at times but if you went off peak it was lovely!

I had an amazing stay! the staff is very kind and helpful, the food is tasty and fresh, and the room is of good size with unique view and details in the bedroom. From the hotel it is possible to take long and relaxing walks, there is a bus-stop nearby and several shops and restaurants. I recommend taking gym-yoga courses! the teacher is so nice and friendly and will make you feel comfortable even if you try the activity for the first time. Yoga on the top-terrace was super!

Good location for solo travellers. Nice and rather small hotel. Good breakfast and good diner. At the end of Los Cristianos in a more or less quiet area. Only a five minutes walk from Los Cristianos Central Busstation. In the evenings live Musik untill around 11 pm. Possibility of Yoga Pilates and other classes.

for me perfect. I had a double room, single use. I would not want to share. It would be to small for two travallers.

This hotel was fabulous, clean, well staffed , great location within walking distance to the beach/ town . Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety..Bar drinks priced reasonably Staff lovely, very friendly & welcoming Rooms a good size.

A very small issue with young pool supervisor who shouted at us for bringing glass vs plastic to the pool, which incidentally the bar staff had given us A kettle & teabags in room would have been nice ( especially given the amt of English guests)
