We had good communication with the team from Alexandra Appartments, our requests for things were met quickly. The apartment was cleaned well, and had almost everything we needed for a week stay. We liked that it was a short drive to the main shopping centre and town.

There were a few marks/ dings in the walls that need better repairing. It would feel a lot nicer if the patch work was better. And the carport is extremely tight to park in, we ended up parking outside. The blinds need repairing as they didn’t operate easily and had gaps in them The aircons could do with a clean also. Generous sized apartments plus LUG, reading past reviews I was not sure if my xtrail would fit but I managed to back it in no worries. Very handy on the day of departure to have the car right there to pack up. Apartment had a smart tv/ streaming services which was an added bonus, property was nice and quiet during our stay and a close drive to everywhere we needed to go while in Bundy.

Blinds were so hard to open and close. Pictures of the courtyard online and what it actually looks like is totally different but it was fine and still a great size.

Really lovely townhouse. A garage for our car, big enough for a Pajero. Large bedrooms. Two queensize beds. Well equipped kitchen & laundry. Even had a choice of a few nice little treats if we needed them. Nice & quiet.

Nothing really, just a suggestion. A couple of bedside lamps would be really useful. The location didn't bother us at all as we had a car. But if you aren't driving, it's a bit out of town. In a car, everything is a matter of 5/10 mins no worries, but its a taxi or Uber if you haven't.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with all you need for an overnight stay. Staff were great and very accommodating, so grateful for the later checkout to prepare for a sad occasion.

If you have mobility issues this apartment has bedrooms upstairs. There is only one access card to keep AC on. Each time one person went out and needed to take the key card the AC, washing machine etc would turn off. Another card for electrical appliances would be great! A car is needed as it’s a distance from the CBD, although there is a shopping centre in walking distance.

The unit was very clean, tidy, smelt clean & was presentable. The communication was excellent, easy instructions to follow, timely and friendly. Nothing was a problem, even when I locked the keys in the Unit, all it took was a simple phone call to erect the problem, thank you very much, much appreciated.

I felt the gardens between the units could have done with a freshen up, water, to make them just a little more presentable since it's the first thing customers see on entering their Unit. Other than that, everything was lovely, thank you. We will definitely be back. :-)

A home away from home. Great sized unit and very well-appointed kitchen, enabling me to easily cater for the family during our stay without having to buy utensils or a potato peeler. Kids loved the smart TV. Very reliable washer and dryer. Quiet location (especially considering its proximity to facilities) and private courtyard. Could very comfortably stay longer. Hot water system failed during our stay but staff were EXCELLENT and had it fixed within a few short hours on a long weekend.

Parking is a little tricky for cars bigger than medium-sized (garage too tight to use). Stayed on a long weekend (it was busy) but other tenants still managed to be courteous.

We came for a wedding and needed a place to sleep and eat. We had a few children and the rooms were perfect. Being able to rent a trundle bed and portacot really made all the difference. Kitchen was great and had all the basics. Beds upstairs and lounge downstairs was great as we didn't have to go up and down to care for baby during the night.

Only hiccup was that the kitchen vent was not working though it did not bother us.

Friendly staff, quiet place, good size appartment, central location and the place had everything you needed although a portable clothes line would have come in handy.

Although clean, there were a lot of damages to the property inside. Quilt covers would be nice on the beds. Trying to use the sheets to cover the quilt just ended up in a big ball by the end of the night. $195 a night is pretty expensive considering I could pay that to stay in a nice beach front appartment on the coast, although, in comparison to nearby motel prices, I'd much prefer too stay in the apartment.

Fantastic location, close to everything essential and only a short drive to everything else. Neat and tidy apartment, has all the comfortsof home. We stayed for a week and were offered a cleaning service mid week. It was great to return to after a long day of adventures. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bundaberg. We will definitely be back.

Beds were very comfortable, location was great and the apartment was perfect for a family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Apart from the very dirty air cons, the rest of the apartment was clean.

The air cons were so dirty and heavily dusty, I was actually concerned for our health using them. There were no fans so we had no choice but to use the air cons. The blinds in the bedrooms were not very good and let a lot of light in.
