The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was light, which made it difficult to rinse off soap / shampoo. We didn’t request for our room to not be cleaned and it wasn’t. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I would have liked for the beds to be straightened and for fresh towels. I did request fresh towels and received them upon request. Breakfast did not seem fresh.

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, loved how supportive he was after a LONG day of travel with young children. The location RIGHT next to a Target and so many restaurants within walking distance was a bonus. Room was clean and beds comfortable, typical hotel. Breakfast staff was courteous and on point with restocking and so patient with our little ones, their food variety was pretty good for breakfast too.

Parking! Website needs to explain it better that there is NO WAY to even drop off your belongings at the door, and the parking ramp a block around the corner. And then it’s up a ways in the ramp. It’s just a lot for travelers. Especially in bad weather. The area is also very loud and the windows very thin so you hear every loud car, (in a college town, you’ll hear one every few minutes ALL. NIGHT. LONG) ambulance and the construction across the street.

Great location adjacent to the University of Cincinnati campus. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Very handy being able to leave a housekeeping tip via a QR code. Friendly and helpful person at the front desk.

Parking is an issue in an urban setting, clearly. The parking was just under a block away and I paid $14 for one night with in/out privileges. I was a little nervous about it being credited properly via the adhesive stickers they give you to affix to your pulled ticket but it worked fine. The gate reader showed a balance of $30 before accepting my code, so it's a good discount.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very professional and kind. The hotel is located excellently, just beside the University of Cincinnati. There are also several good restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Public transport via bus from the Cincinnati airport is also good. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not bad, but it could have been improved. The bread section could have been more diverse.

Nice and modern hotel near the university. Good breakfast (for American standards). Very helpful staff. Well equipped space for office work next to the reception.

Extra fee for parking in a nearby parking garage (which is probably not owned by the hotel). Getting in and out requires some coupons.

I like the hospitality that Dashawn I think that’s how you spell his name. was very courteous and helped us find amenities around the hotel and made us feel at home.

This is everywhere, homeless, and drug addicts. however, there was nothing I did not like about the hotel that I stayed in or the people that worked there.

Extraordinary front desk service from that excellent group of people. Super friendly and helpful, personable and professional. Very good location with probably a thousand places to eat and things to do within immediate walking distance.

The bathroom floor was very sticky. I had to use one of the towels soaked in water to get whatever it was (assuming it was cleaner) up so that I was comfortable walking on it in bare feet. Sorta pricey.

Well the shower door didn’t stay closed so you had to hold it with your foot! Had no body soap but 2 shampoos in shower and no lotion!

Location was great not far from the ballpark and breakfast was great...Hotel was clean and staff especially Tiffany were super!!

Although the hotel was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable, I thought $335 for one night was a little much and I had to fix my shower head in the bathroom because it was leaking just needed tightened up but obviously that's not the point ...other than that great stay

I wish the breakfast would be a little longer instead of ending at 9am maybe 10am?
