Booked a lovely 2 bedroom suite - very spacious and access to Club lounge was a wonderful inclusion. Our butler Ibrahim was very helpful. The breakfast is elaborate and yummy options. The kids club has a lazy river that the kids enjoyed. There is also mini golf and football for the kids which is not shown in photos or informed by staff but we discovered ourselves. Comfortable and nice property! We also visited the Lourve which is only 15 mins away.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, staff need more coaching on how to be sensitive to the needs of visitors from all countries and not be selective in their attitude and behavior to be people from certain countries

The breakfast was amazing and so was the location. Overall for us it was an excellent relaxing experience. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend it.

Definitely one of our best holiday in the UAE. First- Wonderful and friendly staff. Every request was attended to with the utmost attention and care Comfortable rooms with good size beds and excellent quality bedding. Kids club- one of the best we have seen with excellent facilities (water slide, lazy river) and lovely and friendly staff. They had a fantastic schedule of activities for kids. The breakfast spread was wonderful, tables were cleaned and waited super fast. The food options at the pool bar were also excellent and the service was next to none. The pool and beach facilities were superb. We even saw dolphins on one of the mornings. Every details was well thought of and considered. We travelled with kids but loved that they had special dedicated areas for adults only, which is rare and such a great consideration to give families space to play and adults to have their quiet time.

The only suggestion I would make is having more options to eat outside of SimSim as all the restaurants were booked and it was difficult to get a table in the evening except for Sim Sim.

The staff were really amazing during our stay. I had mentioned it was my partner's birthday on my booking and this was transfered all the way through to our dinner reservation. The staff made this such a lovely experience for us both. The room was modern and very spacious. It seems to be more suited to families.

Loved the location, the customer service and the room. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were designed with guests in mind with great attention to detail. We loved the cold showers by the beach and pool, especially in the summer. The breakfast buffet in Sim Sim was amongst the best. Amazing food, fantastic choice and very quick service. The app for room service is a great idea and was very practical and mostly quite fast. All staff were friendly.

The bathroom was nice looking but not the most practical design and no proper privacy for families. Water pressure was also quite low.

It was a fantastic experience. The rooms and the staff were great. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the experience and spent a lot of time in pool, kid’s play area and Ali Baba’s cave. She tried Mini Golf too!

The buffet was great for the most part. And the selection was great - especially the breads and cheese! I expected more seafood though and even the seafood buffet a bit seemed to not have enough choice on variety. But I can’t complain much as the buffet service and dine-in experience was excellent.

- Very clean and well designed hotel. - Great staff. - Child friendly rooms and facilities.

- Room service rang the bell more than 4 times in a row to make sure no one is in the room.before coming in,, causing us a panic and waking our child. I suggest a protocol for this where it starts with knocking softly and verbally saying room service - waiting for 15sec, try again and so on. - The breakfast buffet was exactly the same for an entire week. - The TVs didn't support mirroring/casting from phone.

The only advantage of the hotel is a beach with pristine water and open sea. The hotel is very basic and even a bit old.

The hotel is very basic. One morning we got a huge cockroach in the room. Another day we spent all day long from 10am till 4pm in the beach and when we returned to the room, the cleaner just arrived to refresh the room. Why it took so long? Why so bad time management? We had evening appointment and it was so inconvenient to wait for another 15 mins when she finishes her duty. Coffee machine was leaking as well.
