Most beautiful beach we’ve ever been on. The staff throughout the resort were absolutely incredible! Happy, helpful and predicting your every whim. Can’t speak highly enough of the guest service.

The bedroom (448). I consider this a partial sea view rather than a sea view, as was advertised and booked. Although it was a beautifully spacious room with a great bathroom (with walls - which is surprisingly hard to come by these days), it was an adjoining room, presumably because we asked for a twin room, which was not sound proof. I laid towels at the adjoining door but could still hear everything in the adjoining room. The kids club was below which, combined with deliveries, also made it quite noisy. It felt like a room for children whose parent were staying in the adjoining room - less for two grown adult women unfortunately despite the size and facilities.

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. International and very rich one. One of the best locations for breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!!!

The pool is a bit small, but they were undergoing some construction work in order to have a new space for a new pool with a restaurant area.

Location; staff - super friendly and helpful, delivered extra bed for the kid without asking and at no extra fee; clean; great view from the balcony; nice gym.

Probably pools could be bigger and the restaurants could provide more variety, yet nothing to complain about.

I liked the location, the cleanness of the place usually beach resorts the carpet and the room furniture has humidity and is smelly but in this resort everything was super clean. The beach staff Saleem & Rashid were so helpful and from the room dining team yohan & vishal. Food allergies taken seriously. The service on the beach is excellent and the amount of sunbeds was enough.

I have severe food allergies, they took it seriously but i emailed the property more than 6 times with items that i can have and when i wanted basic foods like apple cider vinegar and olives they weren’t there. I kept repeating the same foods for 8 days! It was so boring especially when i ask them what fresh fish do you have its only salmon & seabass! Chef Suraj and chef Anil did take care of my allergies. I also chose an ocean view room and i was given partial view of the ocean! Whereas there were rooms that you could see the whole panoramic view of the beach. I wasnt in a mood to fight but i felt they weren’t honest with me and found that disrespectful since what i paid for is not what i got. My room had only a view of the beach towards the right & the pool & garden.

My stay at Jumeirah was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The whole place was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The beach was amazing, with clear water, soft sand, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and fast, and every request was handled with a smile. Breakfast was tasty and had many fresh and varied options. On my husband’s birthday, the hotel prepared a cake, drinks, and decorated the room beautifully, which was a lovely surprise. I had a great time and felt well taken care of during my stay. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to everyone looking for a special experience.

The Jumeirah Hotel lives up to its name – truly wonderful in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. A special thanks to the luggage worker, who was kind and helpful, making our arrival smooth and pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, the room supplies were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The beach was peaceful, and the sea was beautifully clean – perfect for swimming and relaxing. We also loved the spa, which offered pure relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and amazing service.

This was an incredibly stunning experience. The service was outstanding and the staff were the highlight of this hotel. Every employee greeted guests proactively and with great enthusiasm at all times. Their problem-solving speed and capability were impressive c responding promptly when needed. Special thanks to a Yogi from White Restaurant for his attentive service and top-notch food. He even gifted my daughter a beautiful farewell gift. The facilities are all well maintained. Especially the pool loungers were comfortable and clean.

The only drawback was that the bathroom door seal needs improvement, a lot of water leaked out during showers. Additionally the spa lockers were difficult to use. Both my husband and I couldn’t open ours and needed assistance from security, which also affected a few other guests.

The staff professionally resolved technical issue, which arised after we checked-out
