The best thing about MBH is the staff, we are made to feel so welcomed by them. A special mention to Aditya who too care of us from journey to airport to hotel and during hotel stay. Others are Roafiath (the lady with headscarf) and the reception team who guided us on maps, bookings, places to visit etc. Fawwaz was also very helpul and also Rizal. We accidentally left our chargers in the room after checking out and Aditya took the initiative to send our chargers to our next hotel in Hulhumale. These pro-active, hardworking and honest group of staff should be celebrated as they are the forefront of the hotel. Roafiath will always call taxis when we need the service. Hotel bed is of good quality and we just slept soundly and room was lovely and clean. The lounge downstairs is spacious and elegant, gives a good welcoming feeling to patrons. Even though MBH is not by the seaside, but at our floor we are still able to see a bit of the sea when we are at the balcony. There is spa on 7th floor which is good for patrons who want to chill and relax. It is easy to find food here as you can just go to the Manhattan Fish Market restaurant or opt for the cafes around the hotel.

There is one little issue. Even though the room was very clean, somehow one cockroach managed to slip in. We saw the cockroach on the balcony of the room next door at night, but in the morning we found the cockroach near the sofa chair. The cockroach managed to slip through the crack of our closed sliding door. Perhaps management can have a scheduled pest control measures, where once a month the rooms and the balcony areas are sanitized or sprayed with insecticides / pest control sprays. The cockroaches could have come from neighbouring places but if the environment is not suitable for them, they would not enter the premises.

I am writing this email at the last few hours of my beautiful accommodation in your esteemed hotel, which was motivated by ICECCME conference. I had a very good experience at Manhattan hotel with the good service and the kindness of your staff. I am looking forward to visiting your hotel again, and I will always recommend it to my friends and colleagues. I want to specify golden thanking words to Ms. Puja Kharka, the professional, kind, intelligent, and ever-smiling face of the hotel. Her dedication to work, and continuous smile despite the clear workload are amazing. During my accommodation, Ms. Puja did what is clearly beyond her duties: moving my objects from a room to another (as I upgraded the room), seeking a taxi for me in the street (when the taxi on application reservation gets late), reserves tourist trips for me when she can simply give me the link only, and many other things to comment. People at the front desk are the main representatives of the company, they make the company's efforts flourish or vanish. Ms. Puja has elegantly and wonderfully represented Manhattan hotel in the best shape. Congratulations to Manhattan hotel for choosing Ms. Puja amongst your team.

The Best Hotel in Male, Maldives We had an amazing experience in Manhattan Business Hotel in Male, Maldives. The location is very convenient and close to many key areas. We spent 5-nights and experienced very warm welcome plus excellent guest service from the management, front desk and restaurant staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff always very polite and attentive! Special thanks go to Mr. Rijil KP, Assistant Hotel Manager, who was so kind to us, and Ms. Thana, Receptionist.

We stayed here as a stop-over before heading to The Maldives so it was close enough to the airport and comfortable enough to refresh for a night sleep. The airport transfers were included in the price and in luxury vehicles. The drivers were very helpful. The balcony room was very spacious with seating, bench space, wardrobe and all amenities that we needed. The staff were exceptional; friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and adequate.

This is minor but I like hotels to do away with the attached-to-the-wall hairdryer and provide a powerful handheld type.

The Stuff: Mr Pranam Rai picked me up from the Airport. Mr Sujit, the driver, gave me the airport transfer (Both ways). He was very friendly. Mr Arif at the housekeeping. Fulfilled all my needs. Reception team. It helped me all the way to roam around the city and fulfill my regular needs. Food: The Manhattan Fish Market was right inside the property. They also have room service food. I loved their Indian & Indian-Chinese food. Just Fantastic. The View: The view was marvelous.

The wi-fi was terrible. Please work on upgrading it.

I liked the hotel facilities, it was very clean and the room was very nice, the staff was also very friendly and attentive, I liked that they picked us up at the airport, that was included in the price of the room

The staff was not very informed about the terminals where the ferry left, they took us to one that was not and it turns out that the one that was was on the other end of the island, when we returned to the hotel to be taken to the new terminal, the car was not available! My partner and I had to run to take a taxi, we arrived very just to take the ferry!

Rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. Mine was sunset. It was so magical.Hotel staffs are amazing. They have looked into every little details . They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Thankyou Manhattan team for making my stay amazing. Definitely will return back .

Some kind of loud sound from outside of my room . Sometimes seems like kind of a construction work and sometimes hear sound of vacuum. Definitely it was a sound from the hotel . No way sound can come to 7th floor from anywhere else. Either way but disappointed and I couldn’t sleep . I have stayed in Manhattan few times already but this is my first time facing this problem . Since I have stayed few times already in Manhattan I have noticed that the breakfast is very poor . Providing oat milk for coffee can be a good start to improve

As we had a very early sea plane flight, we had to leave very early. It was greatly appreciated that the hotel prepared some items for us for our "snack" before the flight. Everything was great and we will come back again as we love the size of the room. It was huge and could accommodate all our items. We did not have time to explore the whole hotel as we only stayed for a few hours.

Can't really say as we did not spend a long time here. Maybe the view if we wanna be picky. As there is no seaview from the room.

All of the above. Very good check in and helpful staff. Refreshing welcome iced tea drink on arrival. Room large with a good view. Ample towels and amenities and a fridge. Large comfy bed. it did look a little tired in places but all the important things were very good. Very good selection for breakfast of hot and cold food. Transfer to/from the airport again with excellent courtesy and helpfulness . Thank you driver very much who explained about where we needed to go/do at the airport on leaving. We would certainly stay there again.

Nothing, all was good

We only stayed here for one night - after vacation in the islands and ahead of catching the fight out of Maldives. Hotel organized free pick-up for us, arriving from different islands, on different transportation, so that was very convenient because it gets hectic in the port. The room was large - me and my friend asked for a twin room but ended up getting a double. We did not mind, since it was only one night and the bed was king-sized, so enough space to really stretch out for everyone. WiFi worked well, bed was on the harder side, so comfortable for me. Location is also good - easy to walk everywhere of interest. Would stay here again.
