I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while visiting my husband at the Air Force base. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety each morning. Even though Wichita Falls feels like a bit isolated city, the hotel itself was a bright spot — clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would mention is that the pool felt a little small and the water wasn’t heated, so it was colder than expected. It wasn’t a big issue, but a slightly larger, heated pool would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

This is a nice addition to lodging possibilities in Wichita Falls. The rooms are huge and clean. There's a tiny refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee machine. The shower is huge as well.

Everything was really good, however, I would have loved to have a more comfortable chair to relax in and a little more water pressure in the shower. But those are minor details. Overall, b it was great.

This brand new hotel was almost perfect. Our room was spacious. Everything was bright and clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Minor issues: the location right at an intersection was a little hard to reach. We would have liked a desk rather than a small round table. Although one office chair is standard in hotels, we both use laptops and so a second chair would be nice. Also the oatmeal was cold.

Clean

We arrived around 7:00 pm, no staff at the desk, we waited for a long time, by the time he returned there was a line of people waiting to check in. He told us, he had gone to empty the trash. We understood that, however it was poor timing for him to leave the desk, as it was peak check in time on a Friday night.

It was very nice and clean. Staff down stairs were exceptional.

That clean towels or room wasn't made up and clean towels left. The maids didn't speak English. The pool had too much chlorine. I had a headache for 2 days. But overall a very nice stay for our family of 18 people. Thank you

Facility is well kept and brand new. Smelled good.

There was a loud fan noise in the bathroom of 429 that ran continuously. I could not/did not see a way to turn it off. Not sure if that happens in every room or just mine.

We didn't eat there.

We did eat breakfast at another Hilton before in Dallas. I would suggest to put all adults food in one line ,and all the kids food in another. It was too much chaos getting our grandkids food.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, felt like a safe area. was there to visit my son who is stationed at Sheppard AFB.

We had a problem with the bill. They overcharged us. but they fixed it.

A beautiful hotel. It was new and clean, and very comfortable! Easy access. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room price was awesome.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

nice and clean, easy to get too, very easy commute to get to my airman at sheppard AFB, will definitely stay here again. also pet friendly!
