That was the best place I've stayed during the last several years. I came really stressed out and was able to relax and start resting from the first day. The place, the reception managers, the staff at the restaurant, everyone and everything have been so welcoming, helpful and really nice. Geat spa facilities, very relaxing and clean. Exceptioonal food service and great menu dinner options at the restaurant. I really cannot wait to stay in this palce again.

Breakfast excellent, location in relation to town and shopping area wonderful. Not mire than 2000 steps to city and the first excellent coffee shop. Loved the lazy river spa area. Excellent meals!

Facilities in general very good and personal experience and friendly. I have " No negative comments" to offer.

Wow! What a property! So many different areas to relax in! Wish we had more than a one night stay here as there was so much to enjoy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were included; delicious plentiful food. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station.

We liked everything

I love that the staff are proactive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. At the get go, they have our boarding pass printed, know us by name and have us comfortable for breakfast and dinner when we looked abit lost.

I would hope that the pair of Parakeets/ Parrots have more friends since they do flock better in small groups. They looked quite sad.

Excellent location for a holiday in Salzkammergut. In addition to the clean, spacious room, free parking, helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner, it offers delicious snacks in the afternoon and direct access to Eurothermen.

There were confused staff serving during the dinner and in the lobby bar. We received different food or were waiting for drink for a long time.

I absolutely loved this place. I could not recommend it more! The spa facilities were exceptional, i had a facial and that was great! The food was great. The staff were all professional and helpful. I would 100% stay here again. Worth the price tag.

We really enjoyed just about every aspect of the trip. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing in particular. Maybe we didnt see it, but it would have been nice to play some billiard or darts or something along those lines. Also, all that comfort comes at a steep (perhaps a little too steep) of a price.

Both the breakfast and dinners were outstanding. I was highly satisfied with selection of fruits, breads, eggs dishes, fresh vegetables, juices, etc. Likewise with dinners. The staff was friendly, always trying to please us.
