Very polite staff, friendly people, very good transportation to the centre of the city , quiet neighbourhood, clean, they changed the towels every day. They insisted on keeping the room tight and clean They were also very distinctive while being present at the same time. Very good wi-fi signal. You can work as long as you want on your lap top. I asked them twice to print something for me and they did it for free. Any question I had about the city they were willing to help me immediately. They had a smile always on their face. I think I liked everything

Recently renovated hotel, modern, functional, and clean room. Close to public transportation to the city center and the train station. The location is fairly quiet. .Food and drink dispensers at reception

- the lack of a trash can in the room (there was only one in the bathroom, and it was small). - the lack of a hairdryer. - the person who greeted us at reception the evening after our arrival, who made us wait at the desk for several minutes while he made a personal phone call. The gentleman who greeted us upon our departure, however, was very kind and professional.

The staff was particularly helpful from the very beginning. They are young and professional. I had a problem with the basin in my room and the guy in the evening service solved it very fast. At the arrival time (a bit before check in hour) there was a lady waiting for me that had every detail I needed ready. At the time of check out, the person was also willing to help, and, most importantly, with a smile and a relaxed feeling. The BB is simple but clean, well organized, and there is a stop of the tram just in front.

Fairly simple, good value hotel not far from the bus/train station. Staff were friendly and there was underground parking for a fee which was good as parking was difficult in the area around the hotel. It wasn´t so easy to drive to the hotel entrance or park/stop the car in front of the hotel because of traffic lights etc. Tram is right there though.

Area close to the hotel does not offer much.

Everything was good. Bed very comfortable. The room is not a bad size. Breakfast was very good. Great transport link to city centre. Staff were good. A little bit more training would help. But overall, it was a very good experience.

There's not much we didn't like however the rooms could do with an updated especially the bathroom

Secure parking for our motorcycles. Accommodation in Bordeaux is on the high side, so we stayed out a little, a 20min bus ride into the centre, was fine. Download the bus app to buy return tickets, it was simple to use.

Everything was superbly clean. Hotel was quiet. Lots of transport links close by. Excellent price and reception desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Needs a comfortable chair in the room other than the working area chair.

The lovely friendly welcome I got when I arrived. Large very clean room and bathroom. Crisp sheets. Hearty breakfast with lots of choice and a tram stop right outside to the station.

Everything is very clean and the staff is competent and friendly so it was e.g. no issue to stay here with our 2 bicycles and print out a ticket. We liked the room with an openable window to the city and enjoyed the good connection to the city by tram.

Even though the hotel is located directly next to a tram station, that is the only way to go anywhere interesting. Luckily, however, one can access a supermarket and bakery by foot.
