Everything was perfect!

Great location if you don't need to be in the center of busy Tam coc, restaurants are nearby and you can bike through the area easily. Hosts are very friendly and prepare nice breakfast daily which you can choose from a menu. Reasonable price for bike rental and even laundry service. Room was big, clean and with big windows. Beds very comfortable and spotless clean.

The walls are very hear through, so you may need earplugs. The owners dogs are friendly and used to guests but sometimes bark when people enter the premise which could bother people who are not confident with dogs

We loved this homestay! The host Yến was such a kind, generous and thoughtful person who always made sure we had what we needed, gave us great recommendations and made a delicious breakfast. The location was great as the homestay is located in a quiet village in between Trang An and Tam Coc. The bikes you can rent in the homestay make it very easy to get around and we loved cycling through the rice fields and limestone cliffs. The little bungalow we slept in was very cosy, clean and quiet. We would recommend this homestay to anyone travelling to Ninh Binh!

We had a very good time at Tuyet's Homestay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to help us with questions and concerns. The homestay is in a quiet location. We were able to have our laundry washed by the family and received it back the next day. We were able to rent a motorcycle directly from them. We received dinner on request, which was very tasty. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage and the evening before we left on the night train we were even able to take a shower. I would stay at the Homestay again anytime! Very nice.

Yen is a very kind, attentive, warm and well organised host. Everything we needed was dealt with very punctually. The Homestay is nice and quiet and still not too far away from all the highlights of the area. You can rent good bicycles or a scooter at the Homestay for a reasonable price. It was a little cold, so I was very glad about the heating function of the A/C. We can recommend cruising around with a bicycle, going to Cuc Phuong NP (taxi) or Van Long Nature Reserve (e.g. scooter) instead of all the other big attractions. They were less full.

I stayed in the room separate from the main building and it was so comfortable and peaceful. The shower and aircon were both great, breakfast was delicious, and the pool just outside my door also looked amazing, it was just unfortunately not good enough weather for a swim. Highly recommended!

I loved the beautiful rural location within easy walking or cycling distance of the main tourist attractions, but other travellers might prefer somewhere more central with a wider selection of bars and restaurants.

The rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear everything and also every step other people make, woke up from this because it was so loud, i am happy that I could change to the Bungalow the next day She doesn‘t wanted to do room Service when I asked on the third or fourth day, trash was full, no change of trash and towels, so I put the trash outside the bungalow by myself

Tuyet was an amazing host, nothing was a problem for her. We hired cycling bikes and motor bikes each day for a cheap price off her. She let us check in super early on our arrival after an overnight bus and she sorted laundry and our bus to Ha Long for us. Breakfast pancakes and fruit were great! It’s very near to mua caves. Would love to stay here again.

Although it’s a little outside the main area in the evening we enjoyed it for the peace and quiet.

I was really impressed by how clean everything was, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my stay even better. It was definitely great value for money, offering both comfort and quality at an affordable price. And I must say, I absolutely loved the big, friendly cat—it really added a special touch to the whole experience.

Honestly, everything was perfect, and I can't think of anything negative to mention. My stay was flawless.
