Breakfast was good and location was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the hotel off of Dunlawton Ave.

It is a budget hotel, but the room was large and clean; the aircon worked, the bed was comfortable, everything worked in the bathroom and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. We arrived late and tired, but were able to buy food from the hotel store and heat it in the microwave; perfect.

Nothing was really amiss, but it would be handy to have a safe in the room and a charger for an electric car in the parking.

Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was cozy and inviting. Parking was easy with a trailer. Easy check in and out. Staff were readily available to help with any issues. Hotel was really nice.

Nothing that prevented us from having a great night stay. The only issues we ram into were minor. Pillows were hard but we had our own so it was okay. The ac was off when we got there in the room. So it was extremely hot. We turned the ac on and had a hard time sleeping until around 1:40am when it finally cooled down. Then in the morning around 7am when we left the room the hallway was humid and hot like the ac at the end of the hall was off. On staying again, I would request ac be turned on prior to arrival and I am sure it would be, the staff were great. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs, link sausage, soggy potatoes, and waffles. And muffins/bagels. Not what we hoped but was expected and decent. The elevator sounded like it needs a tune up but did it’s job and no issues.

Room was clean, affordable, right off I-95, close to Super Target and several eateries. Staff is very pleasant, accommodating, polite and accessible. Pool is wonderfully warm (hot tub needs a scrub). Breakfast is amazing: Scrambled eggs daily, bacon or sausage links, make-your-own waffles, breakfast potatoes, cereal, yogurts, toast/muffins/bagels - everything a continental breakfast SHOULD have! Lots of coffees and flavored creamers, plus juices. Nice clientele, too. I also thought it was nice that the hotel was now "home" for hurricane displaced families and they were being treated as we were.

The first 2 days & nights there was no hot water...very unwelcoming for folks who traveled all day. We called down the 1st night & were told they were working on it. The second morning we were told they were replacing the boilers. By Christmas Eve we were able to have a HOT shower. Also, having to ask for room cups and extra towels was annoying (we never did get extra cups), but that's a small inconvenience compared to NOT having HOT WATER.

Love that as soon as you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel, and the location was good.

Beds were not comfortable at all. For the price, it should have better beds. The bathroom looked like a rush job. It was still dirty, and as soon as I opened the shower curtain, I saw a bug(roach) in the shower. Luckily Target was right there. I was able to get cleaning stuff. I don't fault housekeeping because the front desk made a statement twice to another housekeeper that they need to hurry up and get the rooms done ASAP.

The noise level of I 95 traffic in our room was much louder than I thought it would be.

It was conveniently located to the speedway which was the reason for our visit. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The shower head made a big impression.

I would say the only downside is the pillows, but that's also a personal preference. I sleep with a lot so only 3 per bed was not enough for me but I know now to bring my own.

First time at this branding, and was very pleasantly surprised. Clean, well designed, friendly staff.

All things very good, but needed a Garmin GPS to find it, certainly not hidden, but not in a standout location.

The breakfast was terrible. Rehydrated eggs, boiled sausage and the potatoes were cardboard, juice was funky and watered down. ON was a brownish color.

They take a deposit. The deposit is returned upon check-out. No problem with that. I didn't find any information about the deposit in the check-in rules.
