Van transfer from airport 750 pesos for 1 adult, 2 kids. Just down the street to McDonald's. Staff held luggage until room was ready, they even moved it into the room before we checked in. They helped us rent a motorcycle and it was delivered to us. Only 1500p for 3days. They also setup 2 tours for us, the tours provided transfer to and from our resort. Staff is always helpful. We booked the triple room, provided us with bed sheets and towels. There's a TV in the room which we didn't use. Fridge in room. My kids had no complaints watching YouTube videos or playing online games with the WiFi. No issues with shower hot water or pressure. Pool was clean. Nice selection of free breakfast. The top floor eating area has a beautiful view of the sunset.

Bring some earplugs as dogs and chickens are heard all hours of the night. They setup our ferry transfer from Coron to El Nido for 830a, when we got to the port we were told it wasn't till 1pm, so we ended up wasting a half the day sitting at the port. It would have been nice to just chill in the pool.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. When we got sick they helped us with medicine, when we needed breakfast earlier than serving time they made it happen. They even brought us laundry at 11pm at night when it was a rainy day and it couldn’t dry sooner but we needed it for our departure. The breakfast was adjusted to needs and filling. The pool was clean, however, the hotel’s neighbour keeps burning some things in his backyard so huge chunks of ashes fly in the air and land in the pool. There’s a fridge in the lobby where we could keep whatever we wanted to be cold. The area is close to the Main Street but quiet at night, which for us was good. The AC is loud(the old type of AC) but the noise didn’t bother us one bit in our sleep.

There’s no kettle in the room (even though it says so on the booking page) so whenever I wanted hot water I had to go upstairs to the kitchen.

Staff were so helpful prior, during and at the end of our stay. Lovely clean room with facilities needed. Basic but everything worked. Take ear plugs as there is a wonderful chorus sung by local chickens day and night! Wifi worked well so was able to keep in touch with home. Swimming pool was definitely a bonus.

Water pressure from the shower not great but who cares, I was able to shower!!

The location of the hotel was great - just a short walk from the center of town. The views toward the bay were great from the room and especially from the rooftop where breakfast is served and where you can watch the sunset. The room was comfortable, and the ac and fan worked well. Wifi was okay - sometimes slow but pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's nice to have the option of the swimming pool for relaxing in a quiet place. I liked the view from my room.

It would be nice if there were screens on the doors/windows. With the gap between the glass doors, insects could get in, although they didn't seem to and I was not bothered by any. It would be nice if they had a safe for valuables and a chain on the door. However, there are always people from the hotel staffing the front desk and controlling who enters. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, but the fan (and/or a.c.) block out the noise quite well.

Breakfast, I would say okay but not fun of sweet menu. Need more variety ie fruits and fruit juices. Location is good, 5 minutes to center. Staffs were/are friendly and accommodating. Owners daughter swam with my granddaughter which made my little girl happy. The only major thing I think they need to improve is the toilet/bathroom area., need to put some kind of division to avoid water everywhere. The whole area becomes wet room after shower. Pool was not.big but it was a bonus after a long day sightseeing.

One of the room was flooded after heavy rain but we were transfered to a different room straight away. So it was not a major problem

We loved our stay here! The staff were so lovely and helpful and the pool followed by a beer on the rooftop at sunset, overlooking Coron, was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend requesting the rooftop room that I had for stunning views!

The beds were a little hard and bathroom basic but you get what you pay for, it was good value.

Almost didn’t book because of the reviews. However, I am more than happy with my stay. The room is really clean and nice, as is the bathroom. The air conditioning works really well. While it is not silent, it didn’t bother us. This aspect isn't worth the negative reviews. The staff is nice, and the location is great. Breakfast is included with a wonderful view and the price is REALLY fair ☺️ And the sunset is amazing there !

Amazing staff! Great view and location, close walk to downtown. There is a nice little pool as well. Breakfast is included which is nice addition, you can have breakfast before going to the tours. Breakfast is at the rooftop. Always breafast with a view.

Water pressure could be better and maybe install a bathroom fan too 🫣😅.

Staff members are awesome! Easy to communicate and they did a great job taking care of us for 10 days. Breakfast is also good. The rooftop dining area is so relaxing. Room is well maintained. Luckily, we did not encounter any power interruption in Casa Montemar, unlike in the Town Proper restaurants

Water pressure in the shower is low. Although we encountered no water in the last 2 days of stay, they managed to fill their reserved water tank early in the morning. I think this was because of the scheduled water interruption in the island.

the hotel was in a great location, walking distance to all the restaurants in the town centre but not in the middle of everything so it was peaceful. Breakfast was yum and good size too. The staff were all very nice and helpful! The hotel staff booked all our activities and transport for us and good prices which made everything super easy and convenient. The pool was nice, and the room was perfect for a 2 person stay. I would definitely recommend for people looking for a nice cozy stay.
