The location was right off of I77. It was close to local restaurants, and the area was quite.

The pillow were too soft for my liking. The lighting in my room wasn't that bright. My wife had to come in the hall area from the bathroom to put on her makeup because it was brighter. I didn't know there was a $6.00 charge to park my car on the property.

This hotel and the staff and city of Columbia SC felt like home! We were greeted and cared for in a professional but kind and courteous manner. I pray that the young lady (I believe her name was Shonda) keeps with her studies at the University and that the rest of the staff are safe and Blessed. They were simply, wonderful!

Everything. Location is perfect. Kareem Miller and his staff were so courteous, polite and made us feel at home. They even said they were going to miss us. We were traveling with our 2 small dogs and Kareem personally said he would keep an ear out and take them for a walk if they seemed upset by being alone in the room. Our pups took warm welcome to all the staff. We knew we picked the right hotel to stay at and now I will only stay here when I come to visit my daughter.

Everyone was super nice and I loved they made a cute hot chocolate bar. Everyone was really accommodating especially with so many people staying due to the army graduation. Loved the heated pool.

The beds weren’t the best in my opinion but some of my family loved them. Personally a little too soft for me and the pillows were tiny but I am glad they gave 4 per bed at least.

For some reason in room 216 there was a rotten banana left on the floor close to the foot of the bed. This makes me think that the room floor wasn’t properly cleaned. I just felt as though this was too much to be an oversight to say that the floor should have been vacuumed to prepare for the next incoming guest.

I loved the whole look and decor of the hotel it was clean and very updated. The staff was nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable but pillows were tiny for a king size bed.

The water pressure was awful in the shower. And the water was not hot at all. That was the worst part of my stay.

The staff was great. They were super friendly. The room had great amenities. Breakfast was nice.

The only thing I would say is it looked like part of the room was still in renovation, but that would not deter me from staying here.

It’s advertised that there is a grill to cook on, but the grill was in awful condition. It’s a gas grill but there is no gas connection, and the grates were broken. It was full of used charcoal. Maybe not advertise the grill unless you plan on replacing the junk you have now.

Price was high . We didn't get in till around 11:00pm to check in our room and was still charged a high rate and checked out the next morning. $430. Plus I believe it was higher than that . I would have to look back on my receipt.

The staff was wonderful during check-in. The insured that I had everything that I needed. The breakfast staff and the service was awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was exceptionally clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
