There was parking, in park area opposite the hotel...late pm till 9am when a diligent officer checked cars.

Not easy to get to a restaurant for evening meal. Unfortunately Google got me up narrow, as usual, streets after meal at a great fish restaurant on the foreshore. However problem as at night cars and vans parked in the street which Google would not be aware of. I got caught with a van opposite when needing to turn left. Extra tight...and just around the corner, which I couldn't see, was a tank, like a dive tank (fire type thing?) attached to the wall. So halfway turning I couldn't and had to back out a long way. Kind man walked me the way out. Just as well as Google was leading me in wrong direction.

Had a really pleasant one-night stay here. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and comfortable visit. Our room was a good size, impressively clean, and very comfortable – just what you need for a relaxing night. It's also worth noting there's a lift in the hotel, which is always a bonus! Breakfast the next morning was a real highlight – a fantastic spread and a great way to start the day. One thing to be aware of is that there's no on-site parking directly at the hotel. However, this wasn't an issue at all as there's plenty of parking available just outside. We found it convenient and the fee was quite reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience and would happily recommend!

Excellent Staff. Pleasant, welcomed, helpful. Just 10m walking to the center. Breakfast is good too. They accept pets which is wonderful 🙂

I found the suite rooms quite empty. Maybe a dryer, microwave oven and few more chairs would be great because, in my case, if we are a family of 4, we need to always bother the staff downstairs to warm up the food or ask for additional plates/ cluttery.

I liked the hotel. Rooms were clean as also the washroom and toilets were very clean. Location of the hotel in Setubal was good too. We enjoyed the breakfast specially with Chef Florina who was really very sweet, jovial, kind and entertained us with her lovely voice singing to her tunes. I must say Chef Florina and her team mates were very good and cordial too. Looking up to go there again whenever I plan a trip back in Setubal, Portugal. Thank you very much for everything.

Everything was alright except the WiFi, we could send messages but could not answer whatsapp calls or either call back and talk, So I recommend the Hotel to work on this part. Rest overall, too good to be there again.

Good staff. Good WiFi coverage.

Location not too good for what we wanted to do. It says free parking, however, there are only THREE free spaces for the hotel. There is a parking area immediately in front where it costs around 10 euro per day ..The maximum time you can put in the meter is 4 hours which means you have to return to pay again. The parking is free after 1pm Saturday and free on Sunday so it only affects midweek guests.

Location is good and there is some parking available but only 3 spaces for hotel guests. Fortunately on the first day we were able to use one of these. There is additional parking in the square just outside but this is payable at the machine. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We also discovered a nearby restaurant called O Quintal which was excellent as the hotel does not do evening meals.

The breakfast room is small and was overcrowded when we were there. It may be there was a coach party staying and all came at the same time but it would have been better if there was more space. Due to the overcrowding some people were having to wait for a table to become available. The breakfast itself was good and there was an adequate selection of food which was kept topped up.

Friendly staff. 10 minute walk from town centre. 10 minute walk from Station. Rooms are a littel basic but clean and functional. Breakfast is good and the singing breakfast lady is entertaining.

Each day I was there a different coach party was there. They all come down to breakfast together. The breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate. Suggest need a separate breakfast room for coach parties to enable other guests to have a nicer breakfast experience. Some lights in my room did not work. Location is not the nicest but only a short walk to town.

all employees were very friendly and ready to help. The parking lot. Location.

Breakfast - it could serve some hot plate ( like eggs ); Room - lights were off in the entrance of the room and on side of the bed; These are details that do not impact in my evaluation, I love the place and recommend it

Very clean, comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfasts were excellent and having the friendly hotel dog around made me me feel even more at home :) This was the best hotel stay in all my 3 weeks of travels throughout Portugal.

Pleasant hotel located within walking distance of the old town and the riverside. Fairly large rooms and sizeable bathroom fitted with marble. Breakfast not very varied but quite OK. Reserved parking places in front of the hotel are few but there is a very large paid parking right there.
