This is a very comfortable and spacious villa. The views from the pool and outdoor gazebo out to the ocean are amazing. The breakfast is great and delicious. Our host Tri (Trifosa) is absolutely lovely and makes this stay incredible. She picked us up, took on tour of the waterfalls (and arranged a mountain guide, Macho to take us on the trek) as well as a city tour of the local cultural stops. She really goes out of her way to make your stay outstanding is truly an amazing person. Our son enjoyed playing chess with Tri's nephew in the evening as well.

The surrounding area is beautiful but without a car/scooter you will need to hire transportation to get into town for meals (or order from Grab). Tri can help with this of course and she did for us, but it's worth knowing if without a vehicle. The common area in the middle of the villa is not air-conditioned so we spent more time in the bedrooms or outside as it can get warm in the afternoons when the sun is strong.

Amazing villa with private pool and incredible views. 3 spacious en suite rooms with incredible baths. The exterior area is incredible with beam bags, sun beds, pool towels provided, lovely seating area would highly recommend.

The cleaning could be better. Also 21% tax on services they offer is a bit over the top.

The personnel is very nice and the communication was perfect with them. The villa is nice with a big pool and the seaview

There were red ants all over the bathrooms, and the fridge could be bigger

The villa was beautiful. Lovely wooden features, high ceilings, huge rooms. The garden was lovely with a huge pool that was a great temperature and there was loads of seating and share if you wanted it. The staff were lovely. You could text Trifosa anytime, for anything. Nothing was too much trouble. They can organise any trips, taxis, etc for you. We didn’t know this before we went so had organised everything ourselves already (Trifosa- share the menu/trips with people before they come!) Food was nice. Breakfast was included and we had a couple of nice dinners too. Good location - taxi/car needed to get to the beach and the more lively Senggigi.

We thought with it being a villa, there would be a kitchen and more equipment to be self sufficient. There is just a kettle and small fridge. However, the hosts have a full menu you can pick from and you can text orders to Trifosa and the food/drink is brought to the house. Would have liked some sunbed cushions.

It’s a beautiful place with extremely kind and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious! It’s very close to sengiggi but in peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful view from the terrace. When you read all the comments that photos lies - they don’t! Just remember to look at photos of the particular room you are booking not the general ones of the hotel. Our room was 100% accurate as on the pictures and was huge, with beautiful bath tub in the bedroom and very specious bathroom with two showers. The manager of the property is the nicest lady, who helps you with everything- transportation from airport of ferry terminal, different tours and renting a scooter. I can only recommend this place. We are totally coming back whenever we are lucky enough to visit Lombok! Also regarding location- west cost is the place where you want to stay! Definitely less touristy than kuta and with beaches that that you can enjoy to yourself. And if you want to visit Kuta it’s still doable in a day :)

Hosts were great and very friendly making sure our fridge was always stocked with drinks, the property is absolutely incredible with what I could describe as a million dollar view, pool was absolutely huge, rooms were comfy and bathrooms great, and talk about value for money which I think this property would rank #1 for compared to everywhere i've stayed in my 6 months of travel around South East Asia.

Its somewhat isolated (10-15 min drive to central senggigi) which could absolutely be a positive for a lot of people and if you can ride a scooter wont be an issue at all, also me and my friend cut our feet on a tile in the pool that was kind of sharp.

The property is beautiful and the service is wonderful and extremely friendly.

The host, Trifosa, was brilliant. Very kind and responsive. She organised a pick up from the airport and really looked after us during our stay. We were reliant on the Imaj Villas team for transport to leave the villa as it's too far to walk to anywhere, but it was very easy and efficient to organise. We didn't really like the nearby beach. We'd recommend Imaj for people who are looking for tranquility and a beautiful villa stay. The pool and views really were incredible!

Extraordinary villa with a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning view! What a place! Very friendly and professional service, beautiful wooden house, very large and comfortable. The rooms are very spaciou,s anbd the washrooms are incredible. Swimming pool is beautiful and long, and the view to the sunset is unforgetable. Trifosa and her team are extraordinarly feidnly and professional.

Beautiful property. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Lovely view. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy to arrange anything you need. Good options for breakfast. Also had some lunch and dinner and all the meals were delicious.

Had a small issue with the one shower and a kettle but they responded to my issues immediately.
