Everything was spectacular! I would give more than 10 if I could. The resort itself is absolutely stunning! The rooms were massive and clean and had everything you could need. We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

Completely new facility in perfect condition. Spotless cleanliness. Staff was vary polite but Novi the waitress far the best in understanding that whole communication is not only about politeness.

Facility is partly under construction from 9 to 17 every day. Noice from the construction was at acceptable level. I think that the hotel will be more expensive once completely finished. For me it was good value for money altogether. The restaurant is nice but selection of food needs improvement if the hotel wants to attract guests to stay at hotel for dinning.

Brand new hotel (opened in 2023), with 2 great pools and amazing local architecture. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Large nice room, clean, comfortable with everything needed. Even snacks are provided, great bathroom/ shower. Nice terrace with sunloungers and chairs. About 10-15min bicycle ride to Central/ harbour (far enough from the party noise but close enough at the same time if needed).

One detail I could suggest is to add some sheer curtains on the windows (for privacy especially for the rooms over the pool). Some construction of a top level in progress but did not disturb during the stay. Food of the restaurant could be improved.

The property was perfect! There was 2 pools that were very clean and an access to the beach with chairs dans bean bags! The staff was very nice always smiling and making jokes with them! ( Oshi was very helpful for the ferries and all other questions we had!) We paid for the breakfast to be included and it was very worth it. The food was very good and we had plenty of drinks and food! We had a wonderful time! Recommendation: if you want to get around the island it is possible to walk but faster with a bike. If you want to rent one, I recommend to leave a note in your reservation to have one. If you see that the WiFi does nos work well ask at the reception they have solutions to give you better connection.

The fact that the internet was very slow and did not work sometimes, but we could have ask at the reception for better one but did not think about it. The fact that there was not enough bikes so the first day we had to walk and the next day we had to get up early to be sure to have one.

Such an amazing hotel!! I was a little hesitant to book because of the lack of reviews, but I really shouldn’t have been! The hotel is just brand new and that’s why there is a lack of reviews. The area around the hotel is really nice with two pools and beautiful buildings and sunbeds that you can use for free and the rooms are big, new and clean. The beach is beautiful and I really recommend watching the sunset set into the ocean next to a volcano! There are bikes you can borrow to go around the island and an incredible breakfast is included. But most importantly the staff is WONDERFUL! Everyone was so nice to us and always went the extra step to make us feel welcome and taken care of! I got a stomach bug during our stay (not from food at the hotel) and the staff helped greatly with calling a doctor and giving us extra water, but most of all I appreciated that everyone asked how I was doing the next day! Everyone was so so kind. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and really wanted to stay longer!! Thank you to everyone at Pearl Sunset Resort for making our stay so good!

Be a bit careful when closing the balcony door when you go out on the balcony, it accidentally locked behind us and we didn’t have a key. It was resolved very quickly by us calling to a staff member and someone came to let us out within a few minutes. It could be a single time incident or a problem with the door in just that room, but it is something to consider so it doesn’t happen to someone at a worse time. Didn’t take away from our experience with the hotel or the staff though!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront resort on Gili Trawangan! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool—a perfect spot to relax. The resort has two pools with swim-up bars, one exclusively for guests and another facing the beach that’s open to both guests and non-guests. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious food with fast service and stunning beach views. The beachfront itself is breathtaking, especially at sunset—it truly feels magical. Located on the quieter side of the island, the resort still offers easy access to everything. Renting a bicycle was incredibly affordable and made exploring the island a breeze. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service—the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan!

The Pearl Sunset Resort is absolutely fabulous — we ended up staying much longer than we had originally planned simply because we felt so comfortable and at home. The rooms are worthy of a true luxury hotel, offering every possible comfort and making our stay incredibly enjoyable. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the experience. Attentive, kind, and remarkably professional, they took care of us with such warmth and attention that I can honestly say I’ve never felt so well looked after in any hotel. Thank you to the entire team for your generosity and your outstanding sense of service — it’s something rare and deeply appreciated. An unforgettable stay, and one we’ll always remember fondly.

A good stay with a notably nice exterior design. The room itself was satisfactory, offering ample space and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast spread was fine. Unfortunately when we asked for well poached cooked eggs, they couldn't deliver. The staff was nice and helped us with most of the things we requested.

Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though bathroom cleanliness could be improved. An unpleasant odor emerged in the bathroom overnight, accompanied by occasional bubbling sounds from the toilet. The first-floor hallway also had moments of poor air quality. Sound insulation was not optimal, as noise from neighbors in the hallway and their rooms/terraces was audible.

Had the most wonderful week-long stay at Pearl Sunset Resort! From the start, we were greeted with a refreshing juice and cold face towel, which was much needed after our muggy boat trip over. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom and all amenities you would need. The shower had great water pressure too! Every single staff member was so lovely and kind, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and very delicious, we made our way through most of the menu that week and left full and satisfied every morning. We had dinner there one night as well and really enjoyed our meals (we had the Nasi Goreng and the Tom Yam soup), very nice beach setting in the restaurant as well. Rented two bikes for 6 days which was very affordable direct from the hotel too, and necessary for properly exploring the island. We used the spa (Chi) about 6 times, including several massges and a pedicure and manicure. Such thorough treatments and very affordable. We tried one other spa on the island one of the days and then came back to Chi at Pearl Sunset because we enjoyed it more there. The pool and pool bar were lovely, clean and huge, it was really nice to enjoy a few drinks in the water. They also have loungers and cabanas in the beach which were so nice to sit in to watch the sunset. Highly recommend Pearl Sunset resort, we are really glad we stayed here for the week we had in Gili T! Thank you so much (Tampi asih!)

It was a fantastic stay. Stunning structure with everything you need. Cleaned rooms with all the necessary and working facilities. There are two pools both clean. There is also a spa with all kind of messages which is a plus, for good pricing. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay and the dishes were all delicious. Is located on the opposite side of the harbor, we consider it the quiet part of the island, that was exactly what we were looking for. All the staff are attentive to the well-being of the customers, friendly and kind people. A special thanks to the member of the staff Saptur. We will definitely be back.
