I loved everything - the location, the facilities, the room, the atmosphere, the food and the ever smiling staff! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and very well organised. We stayed 9 nights and got a voucher for an Indian feast, which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. Also, my friend had conspired with the staff and organised a pre birthday cake for me, which took me by surprise. The hotel restaurant on the beach is worth every penny - I had the best lobster in my life there - it was cooked to perfection. Nothing was a problem for the staff and we were well looked after. We are already planning our next stay!

The hotel is located on the sunset side and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is buffet and is diverse. The staff are very nice and helpful at all times. Zepri from reception took care of us from the moment we entered the hotel till we left. They took into consideration the fact that we are on our honeymoon and decorated the bed for us. The hotel has all facilities you might need: they give you towels for the pool, bar at the pool, room service from restaurant, cleaning the room every day, renting bikes, spa… The hotel territory is beautiful, full of frangipani trees.

I did not know that the sea in front of the hotel and on the whole island is far from the shore and you cannot swim there. I think this is something to consider if you would like to swim in the sea. The outdoor bathroom was a bit scary for me as there are always lizards, mosquitoes or bugs. This side of the island is much quieter and if you want more restaurants/ party places then is not the best option.

Loved that we had our own private villa with a pool and we were also in a lovely resort with an amazing, very large pool with a swim up bar. You could rent bikes. Lovely location. The staff were great and the manager was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have helped us enough! as we had an issue whilst we were there (nothing to do with the resort) they sorted everything out for us, couldn’t thank them enough. Would really recommend anyone who’s coming to this island to stay here as you won’t be disappointed.

The layout was lovely and as a group of people who booked in for a wedding, it was great. We were all close but with separate spaces. The aircons worked really well in the rooms (which compared to another hotel experience on the island made a massive difference). The plunge pools offered at the villa were great for cooling down if you didn’t feel like mingling at the main pool. Also nice to have bicycles that you could rent from the hotel. Nice assortment of food at the buffet breakfast.

My only issue was not having hot water the first night. The hotel promptly assisted us though and moved us to a new villa so can’t complain. A few of the wedding guests complained about the pizzas.

Perfect location, this side of gili is not as crowded and busy as The other side, but still has plenty of restaurants, mart, outside cinema etc. just A short bicycle ride from The busy center. Very big and nice pool area with lots of sunbeds Nice and clean rooms, friendly straff Beautiful Sunset every day

Breakfast was okay, but not The best. The egg station is nice, but The rest could be better. You should be aware that The beaches on this side of The Island is not The best for swimming, but pool area makes up for it!

The highlight of the resort is definately the pool. Its huge in comparison with most other resorts on the island which is a huge plus . Have the beach access is also lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good housekeeping.

Some areas of the property could do with a bit of TLC but overall for the money it's a very enjoyable stay.

~Location was on the sunset side of the island, for people looking for quiet, peaceful days and pretty views this is ideal. If you have to be in the bustle of Gili and the party it’s likely too far. ~Bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was consistent, always clean. New water everyday. ~ Large resort, very quiet and nice to ride your back straight to your room. ~Bike rentals were good and cheap.

~ Outdoor pool was very warm ( like a bath ). Weather was 30+ so this wasn’t great, we didn’t stay at our pool much. ~ breakfast was quite repetitive, could also do with other alternative milk options as many of the other restaurants and hotels on the island do.

Staff were happy, friendly and courteous. Nothing i requested was too much trouble. Pool was beautifully clean, pool bar and staff were friendly and joined in with the fun.... location, on the beach was magical...a bit of a trek from the ferry Port and the main bar/party side , 20 mins on a pony cart (not my personal choice, feel for the ponies!), 20 mins by pushbike (only for the brave!, especially after dark), 35 mins walking, but once here, whatever your choice of transit, so worth it to be on the Sunset side of Gili T... cannot sing this hotels praises enough to be honest.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean as was the outdoor bathroom which had fluffy white towels and very nice toiletries. The restaurant was good and extended to the beach. The pool was large and had a swim up bar. In-house bicycle hire was easy to access. The staff were AMAZING!

The pool area could definitely benefit from more shade (especially in the pool) as it gets extremely hot. The wooden decking around the pool also gets extremely hot. Also, the fridge was not as cold as expected.
