Great rooms super clean and smart tv was great. Staff and great as well very helpful.

Everything was brand new and so clean and fresh. The rooms were spotless and spacious and slides for the rooms were provided. They had a nice seating area out the front of each room. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they were always willing to chat with us and assist us with booking bikes, horses, recommending snorkel spots and tours and the best places to eat. The included breakfast was generous and delicious with a variety of options, a drink and fresh fruit platter. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing, they even allowed us to swim at night. The location was easy access to see the beautiful sunset and bars, without being right in the middle of the busy area and was also on the road that cuts through to the harbour on the other side of the island, making for easy transportation between areas depending on what you’re looking for! We didn’t want to leave :(

The only thing would be that the tiles and steps are a bit slippery so just be cautious if it rains or your feet are wet.

Clean spacious room with a nice pool. A good mix of sun and shade made for options when sitting by the pool. Staff were always available for questions or help. Great shower pressure and warm water. Good location for sunset.

AC worked but wasn’t the coldest. Key to unlock the door had to be inserted in key holder inside the room for power to work which made charging electronics while away not possible and the room was not cold when returning from being hot outside. The breakfast was just ok. It a committed bike ride to the east side where diving and snorkel trips go out from.

Best side of the island to be on, especially for sunset! It’s a little quieter than the main strip so you can rest easy. There is a lot of development going on, so I’m sure new cafes/bars will be opening up. Sea Shell provided me with a bike and laundry service express. They also had a refillable water option at the front desk so you could save on buying/landfill. Mid-week I asked if they could clean the room and they acted ASAP, which was really nice! Everyone is so lovely and helpful, I’d defo come back.

On my last day they ran out of water - no fault of the hotel/staff as they’re on a remote island. But maybe have a spare “washing” bottle 😂

Good value for money, very calm

A bit far from the city cente, but very close to the sunset beach. We liked but it can be annoying to bike all the island if you want to eat in the best restaurants whiach are located in the city center. The staff were a bit unprepared to answering questions. They do not refill the toilet paper, didnt give us towels for face, or pool. We needed always to request something.

Such an oasis of calm & quietude, we loved our stay here so much we extended it to 9 nights! Everything was lovely, the bathroom was huge, water pressure, hot water, aircon and fridge in the room, the beds were luxurious such high quality mattress's and black out full length curtains for sleeping, all overlooking the gorgeous pool with the vines hanging from the balconies, the staff were welcoming and friendly and always helpful, we hired bikes through the resort and rode to the eastside to do diving and snorkelling, walkable to sunset Beach and outdoor free cinemas were a great nightly activity. Highly recommended and we will return!

Very nice place with a lovely pool and good, spacious rooms. Bed was very comfy, AC worked well. Staff friendly and easy-going. They even provide an electrical mosquito-killing machine :)) Breakfast was simple but good, beer was cold and affordable. A very short walk to the beach. Value for money was great considering the price-level on Gili T.

It's on the other side of the island so you'll either have to walk quite a while with your luggage or taxi a rather pricey horse-cart. Not their fault and the same for all other hotels on this side of the island.

As seen in the pictures, it's much more spacious and brighter compared to other hotels on the island. The simplicity and elegance of its interior and exterior design are the main reasons for this. It's quite peaceful and very close to the beaches on the sunset side of the island. It's only a 5-minute bike ride to the entertainment centers on the side where you get off the speedboat, thanks to the bikes you can rent from the hotel. The staff is attentive and solution-oriented, always helpful in every aspect without getting tired. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. Despite being on the ground floor, we didn't mind being close to the pool because there are no families with children. It's a value-for-money hotel. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked enjoyable. We came for 2 days but extended every day. We will leave tomorrow, and we're already sorry.

When it comes to value for money, there are hardly any negatives to speak of.

The pool was amazing, most of the time no one was in it so it was like a private pool. Only down side was the leaves and bugs that would build up on the surface. The beds were extremely comfortable, could have stayed in bed forever.

For some strange reason the bathrooms were open at the top of the shower area so you could hear directly into the next room. It felt like it wasn’t private enough at all, if you had the bathroom door open you could hear everything from the next room. Also an ant infestation, constantly ants on the floor.

Amazing hotel in a great location on sunset side. Really lovely decorated rooms which were great size, especially the bathroom! Cleaned to super high standards which cannot be faulted. Staff were all amazing and so friendly, a special shout out to Imran, thank you for everything! Also very cute and friendly little cats 🥹

Breakfast could have been better but for the price you pay it was absolutely fine!
