We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—just a 100m walk to Sunset Beach. We chose this side of the island because it’s quieter and more relaxed, but still only a 10-minute bike ride to the busier areas. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with both hot and cold options. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and always did an excellent job. Breakfast was included and consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed and quick to organise activities for us. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet area of the island, for someone that values their sleep it was good (apart from the doors shutting loudly, but that's just the design I believe). Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the west side, you'd need a bike for anything else though.

WiFi in the rooms was barely usable, and I only had a phone using light apps. Think it was turned off at some points also? Shower will be hot for about 5 seconds, not a big deal but sometimes you want it scorching 😅 breakfast here was ok, limited and average. Only get it if you can't be bothered going to the cafes. But again, typical fare, was just average. Make sure your bike lock and seat work properly, changed bikes three times.

A huge thank you for such a wonderful stay! From beginning to end, everything about this place was stunning. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The whole vibe of the hotel was amazing. I’m already planning to come back to Gili later this year—and I’ll definitely be staying at Seashell again! ❤️

Everything was spotless! The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate, the pool was crystal clear, and we received fresh towels every day. Overall, the property was absolutely fantastic – truly a relaxing and well-maintained place to stay. 🏝️

Beautiful and clean resort, with good comfort of sleep and a great location. Close to the beach, just 1 min walk, with many different activitis and restaurants near by. The resort's kitchen serves very tasty food. The hotel staff is the gold of Gili T, always in good mood, smiling and helpful. Your needs will be 110 % taking care of while you staying in the resort. It was very clean and the amenities were a modern style, the location was perfect 1 min walk from the beach but far enough from the strip to not hear the loud music all night. We were even able to rent electric scooters and bikes at the property. The value that you received for the price paid was amazing! Even the staff was insanely nice and wanted to help either everything, even when we got back to the hotel from the party at 1am the front desk employee still went out of his way and made coconuts for us

Honestly for the price of 35€ per night what we paid there was nothing to not like!

Rooms nice and spacious especially the bathroom which has large mirror and is cleaned daily with fresh towels, toilet paper etc. The hotel is quiet and had no trouble sleeping, but is just a short walk away from sunset beach with restaurants, bars, shops, pools and even an outdoor cinema which is cool. The staff made every effort to help with minor problems like safe being temperamental, and my partner left the room key locked inside! Breakfast was yummy and they also have 3 cute cats which is a bonus 😺🤗

There is only one criticism, in the bathroom there is a very small step in the middle of the floor which we stubbed our toes on a few times. Not sure if it would be fixable as part of the construction - but would be great if it was attended to.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious I loved the welcoming staff and how caring they were to our needs they can help organise all of your daily needs and also help with organising activities such as snorkelling horse riding and many more. The pool was very big and the water is very clean. The location is tucked away perfectly so you cannot hear much noise from the outside world whilst trying to sleep it's a short walk to the sunset for those seeking sunset vibes. 9.5/10 for me

Nothing I loved everything about seashells

Everything was brand new and so clean and fresh. The rooms were spotless and spacious and slides for the rooms were provided. They had a nice seating area out the front of each room. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they were always willing to chat with us and assist us with booking bikes, horses, recommending snorkel spots and tours and the best places to eat. The included breakfast was generous and delicious with a variety of options, a drink and fresh fruit platter. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing, they even allowed us to swim at night. The location was easy access to see the beautiful sunset and bars, without being right in the middle of the busy area and was also on the road that cuts through to the harbour on the other side of the island, making for easy transportation between areas depending on what you’re looking for! We didn’t want to leave :(

The only thing would be that the tiles and steps are a bit slippery so just be cautious if it rains or your feet are wet.

Clean spacious room with a nice pool. A good mix of sun and shade made for options when sitting by the pool. Staff were always available for questions or help. Great shower pressure and warm water. Good location for sunset.

AC worked but wasn’t the coldest. Key to unlock the door had to be inserted in key holder inside the room for power to work which made charging electronics while away not possible and the room was not cold when returning from being hot outside. The breakfast was just ok. It a committed bike ride to the east side where diving and snorkel trips go out from.
