I absolutely loved the location of Lumi! The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Sara and Jordy, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The design of the place was exactly as described, and despite the rain, I still had an amazing time. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay for another night. Highly recommend!

While I enjoyed my stay, I found that the layout and storage space in the room were a bit limited, though this could have been due to the amount of luggage I had. If you’re traveling light, this may not be an issue, but it’s worth considering if you have a lot of belongings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would still recommend it!

Beautiful infinity pool and garden area. The hotel located next to the beach in a calm and peaceful area. The breakfast was very delicious. Also highly recommended to try the restaurant. Our private villa was nicely furnished and it was very clean.

If you rent a scooter in the island, which is needed since the center area is 30-40 minutes walk, expect the hotel to charge you for recharging its battery, or just use a bike which is provided by the hotel. The staff was a bit pushy.

We loved the hotel! This hotel was the first leg of our holiday to Bali and it really did instantly send us into holiday mode and relaxation. It was a great layout and the infinity pool looking out to the beach was perfect. We loved being so close to other beach bars to wander and the free hotel bicycle rental was a good addition to be able to cycle round the island to explore as the island is small you could easily cycle anywhere. We certainly would come back to Gilli T and Hotel Lumi. Being set on the side of the island for sunsets it was great to wander along the beach and watch the sunset in a beautiful location so close to the hotel. Would recommend!!!

Hotel Lumi Gili Trawangan is perfectly located for a luxurious island escape. The property offers stunning pool views paired with a serene beach backdrop, making every moment picturesque. The food options were absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavors to suit every palate. Its proximity to the famous sunset point and just a few minutes by bike from Turtle Point made it incredibly convenient to explore the island’s best attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

It’s hard to find fault with this property! Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for an exceptional experience.

on arrival welcomed with face towels and cold drinks. The staff were extreamly welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in and they managed to have our room ready early. The location is perfect in gili t and the hotel allow you free use of their bikes to cycle round the island. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The cleaner was super lovely and we even used the laundry service here which was great. We paid for the breakfast included and we’re expecting typical continental breakfast but we had choice of an amazing menu plus a buffet type breakfast on top we rate the food at this hotel 10/10. This was our favourite stay when travelling Bali. We will defo be back. Thanks so much!!

This was my favourite hotel we stayed out throughout our trip. The rooms are simple, modern and comfy. A cute little balcony with a hammock, my room overlooked a part of the garden with all the palm trees. The swimming pool area is so pretty. The breakfast options here were delicious. There’s also a buffet of different pastries and other treats to choose from. Best we had and all the other food options throughout the day were so tasty!. Hotel is about a 15mins cycle to the busy area. Nice to get away and be on the quieter part of the island and lots of options for movie nights on the beaches and nice dinners along there too.

The staff were absolutely lovely, couldn’t be more polite friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was very good with pastries, cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and juices. A beautiful pool area facing the beach, where we watched the sunset every day and an equally beautiful beach area. There was another massive pool at the hotel which was less busy but still very very nice. The room was very spacious, clean and we slept very well. Shower was lovely, big with good water pressure and alway hot

I was in love from first step there. Price is reasonable, because you have bikes which is important at Gili T, location was incredible for sunset, big recommendation to stay here for this attraction, it is most perfect spot for it! I ordered some food at the bar during the day and it was good, breakfast includes fruits, veggies and you can order some avocado toast or extra food from special menu, with was really good. Our villa has not the best location but was good view and small terrace. I would definitely come back.

Comfortable pillow and bed, nice balcony area, great location as we liked being away from the business of the island & amazing sunset, free bicycles to explore the island, waitress staff were friendly & chatty, decor is lovely

For a 4 star hotel, breakfast could have been improved - selection of breakfast options were great but every morning the “hot option” for breakfast was stone cold (eggs were stone cold so they are clearly cooked prior to breakfast and then served) which let it down massively, pool area (beds and pool tiling) needs some TLC as many rips in the sun beds and the pool tiles are falling off, booking the boat through the hotel to Nusa penida proved a lot of effort and reception staff made it difficult and long winded, hotel advertises and encourages the horse and cart as the only option of transport (this isn’t unique to the hotel as horse and cart is widely used on the island however, It is disappointing to see the island/ hotel supporting this form of animal abuse).

The staff were amazing! Every single one of them. Great atmosphere, they made us feel so welcome! The cabin rooms are perfect! Food is great quality as well! Bikes are free, you don’t have to rent from the city centre which is a plus as well. The guys playing live music everyday were AMAZING as well! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels I’ve ever been to. I recommend it without a doubt!

If I have to say then only one thing, the drinks (alcohol) are quite pricey. But I do understand, they have to get the money back from somewhere, I mean there is no entrance fee to the beach club, and the rooms are a great price as well. This is the only thing really.
