Check-in was quick and easy, with helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage to our rooms. Each room had a large double bed and a semi-outdoor bathroom, and the balcony overlooked the pool. The swimming pool enjoyed sunlight for most of the day, though it became shaded after 3:30pm. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast restaurant was a pleasant short walk along the beachfront. The kitchen staff were accommodating with our dietary needs, and the property felt clean and well-maintained.

We booked our stay four months in advance and specifically requested both rooms to be next to each other, but this was not arranged. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived, so our request couldn’t be accommodated, leaving us unsure how much notice would have been enough.

The location was perfect, an easy half hour walk through the island to reach it from the port - be aware it’s back from the street so we had trouble finding the right place initially. The pool was fantastic, so was the aircon etc, the location was great - plenty of great restaurants close by, and Rabbit Jump which we totally recommend to anyone visiting! Truthfully we didn’t really have the hotel breakfast, except some juice and fruit one morning, but it did seem good for what it was. There’s plenty to do close by, we aren’t people who stay out late often but being back from the street worked well for that!

I loved everything about my stay here... the location, the accommodation, the facilities and especially the front desk team ... gorgeous Fenny and her colleague. As a solo traveller, spending a month in Bali, I decided to head straight out of Bali to the Gili Islands and spend my first 4 nights here, and it was a magical start, and if the hotel hadn't been full, I'd have definitely extended my stay. I hired a bike from the hotel for the whole stay, so could cycle the island at my leisure, which I did daily... super comfortable (grey bike), enabling me to enjoy the sunrises in the other side of the island and the most breath-taking sunsets hotel side. The location of the property is amazing. Just outside ... I could spend time in a beautiful hammock at the beach and even enjoyed a movie night under the stars with dinner and drinks, for me everything was PERFECT

Nice, quiet, romantic place to stay. Beautiful area, a little bit far away from the center but you can rent a bike and drive there in about 15-20 min, which is very nice. Close to the hotel there are very good restaurants (much better than in the center) and cinema at the beach. You can see amazing sunset there every evening. Rooms are quite nice, it will be good for you if you don't need high standards. Good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the garden with all of the flowers. The style of little houses and the entrance looks wonderful. The breakfast in the garden was so nice every day. Classic indonesian, but also fruit, toasts, sweets. Tasty and various.

Close to the hotel there are no sunbeds or any seats at the beach and while high tide (which was mostly during the day) there is no beach. We went to the beach at the opposite of the Island. Rooms could be refreshed and small things fixed. They cleaned the room a little bit every day, but it needs deeper cleaning (walls/doors/curtains).

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Santorini on Gili Trawangan, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled to rate this hotel a perfect 10! The double room we stayed in was comfortable and immaculate, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the beauty of Gili Trawangan. The ambiance and amenities exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay outstanding, however, was the impeccable service provided by Daly and Habip. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay is truly commendable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, provide local insights, and make us feel at home. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added an extra layer of joy to our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful; especially Andre and Vera. The property was very well kept and clean. The facilities were amazing, we were able to rent bikes for £2.50 a day. It was on the convenient side of the island, where most of the restaurants and shops were located. It was a 10 minute cycle to the busier side of the island. Staff were very efficient at fixing problems.

Beautiful and quiet place just a few steps off the main road with a nice swimmingpool. On the beach the the restaurant had great food a chilling area with 2 movies shows each night after sunset. The kids and we loved it bring so quiet, but for these who want to party, larger hotels with clubs/DJs are only 5 min away. Habib the Manager was extremely helpful with anything we needed: snorkeling trip at good price, laundry, . .

Quite a variety of food for breakfast!! Location was quiet and peaceful as it was quite a distance from the busier side of Gili T (could be double edge sword). There's bike rental and laundry services too! Also, the staff was super nice!! On our last day, we had a snorkeling trip but we had to checkout before that. The staff made a special arrangement for us to shower using their facilities even after we checked out. Really appreciate it so much!!

The main and toilet door was wonky and had to be locked after adjusting it to a certain angle. Breakfast was ready only at around 740 instead of 730, which would have been better if it was on time as we had other plans afterwards.

The location was great, it’s in a quieter part of the island. The staff were all friendly and helpful when needed.
