Everything about Kardia Resort is truly fabulous. The location is great especially for sunset views. The rooms are elegantly chic and spacious with very comfy beds and anti mosquito measures include: Mosquito nets for the bed, plug in devices, rooms are sprayed at night and twice a week the hotel are fogging the gardens. As a result I didn’t get bitten once (and normally get ravaged). The electric blackout blinds are a great touch to waken and then have an ocean view at the touch of a button. The staff are fantastic and could not be more attentive and caring - the service they provide is genuinely caring and thoughtful and always with a smile. Better than some of the most expensive 5 star hotels around the world. If available make a reservation you’ll be glad you did! 🙏🏼

We originally stayed at Kardia Resort for just a weekend during our month on Gili T, but it ended up being one of our favorite spots. After leaving our main stay later in the trip, we didn’t even think twice — we booked our last week back at Kardia. The vibe is relaxed, the food is really good, and the sunsets are great, especially from the restaurant. Everything just feels easygoing and comfortable. What stood out most to us was the staff — super friendly and always happy to help. Not in a formal way, just genuinely kind people who make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a calm, nice place to stay on the island, Kardia’s a solid choice. We’d definitely come back again.

Beautiful beachside resort on the sunset side of Gili T. The restaurant and pool overlook the ocean and Mt Agung, offering the prime place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. The service provided by all staff was 5 star. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating and willing to go above and beyond for every guest. I loved the welcome drink and shoulder massage too. Our room was spectacular, with a comfy bed, cool air con and fantastic amenities. Highly recommend getting breakfast included, as you can take your pick from a huge spead of delicious meals. All in all, our time at Kardia was second to none, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Staying at Kardia Resort in Gili Trawangan was truly one of the best decisions I made on my solo trip! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. Hesti and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm—they made me feel at home even though I was traveling alone. The resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and in the perfect location—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you’d want, but still peaceful and relaxing. As a vegetarian, I was so happy to find amazing plant-based options on the menu. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. I felt safe, relaxed, and completely at ease the entire time. You can really feel the love and intention behind this place. 10/10 experience—I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views on the lagoon that made our mornings even more special. The on-site restaurant served some of the best food we've ever had, with a diverse menu and exceptional service. The many shows at night were phenomenal we loves the Fire shows!! Location-wise, it was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, this is it! We’ll definitely be back! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a five-star experience! ✨🏨💫

My husband and I were at kardia for 4 days on our honeymoon. Kardia is in a quieter part of the island where you can see incredible sunsets with live music every day. When we arrived we went straight to a welcome drink and immediately noticed the friendliness of the entire staff. We booked breakfast included and it was great, there was a lot of choice and we liked everything we ordered. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and it was equally great. There are options for all tastes, including vegetarian options. We stayed in a suite with pool access, wonderful! Waking up and being able to take a dip in water with a comfortable temperature was amazing. Our room and bathroom were always clean. We recommend it and hope to do it again one day!

Room was great and our ocean view was perfect Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice Pool was great and good to watch sunset from if you got a seat Check in and out was really easy and some helpful staff As we stayed for 6 nights we had a free massage which was really good

One small thing was we were given a free meal as we stayed for 6 nights but did not feel very welcome when we took it Guy who offered it us would not let us book a table to use it when we went back to see him and we had to sit on uncomfortable seats with no lift to see what we were eating Maybe do not offer this if do not want people to take it ?

Cannot fault this place, the staff are the most friendly people you’ll meet and the rooms are just beautiful. The welcome massage and drink were a lovely way to be greeted on arrival and they went out of their way to make our honeymoon so special. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant and it was fabulous! We also saw the cultural and fire show on the Sunday which was great. Shout out to all the staff in the restaurant and bar for being so wonderful and kind, especially to Fajri for looking after us so well. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing, it was all perfect.

It was in a great location, 10 min cycle from the centre, situated on the beach. We had a private villa with a pool, every amenity was considered. They have a WhatsApp message service, which they answer and action immediately. All the staff were so helpful, kind and caring- this is what makes this hotel stand out amongst the others- the attention to detail and they genuinely care about their guests. Mella is the guest relations, she ensures all her guests are happy, excellent staff member. Food and cocktails are great. Evening entertainment- fire dance, acoustic guitar.

Breakfast was good. Fire / traditional dance show was very good also. Friendly staff.

Electronic checkin is a pain. Suggest hotel make this available before the trip instead of trying to make customers fill it out during check-in. Room wasn't all that sound proof. Can hear just about everything from the neighbours. A tad far from the main town center / harbour. Most if not all the bicycles for rental on-site are rusted with mostly broken brakes, so don't bother renting bicycles from the hotel given the condition.
