The villa was great, very comfortable with a nice space for dining. The pool was fantastic, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved that the bathroom had a door opening directly to the pool — very convenient. The sunsets there are absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

There wasn’t anything I really disliked, but a couple of things were a bit inconvenient. I didn’t realize they don’t sell alcoholic drinks on site, I was hoping to just relax on the beach with a drink, but it’s easy enough to buy from nearby places and bring it yourself. Also, like most parts of Gili T., there are some rocks before the water which made swimming a little tricky at times.

Nice place on the beach a bit away from the chaos of the harbour area. We got a huge apartment and private pool and it was silent at night despite loud music all over the island. Staff was exceptionally helpful and our luggage got a free ride to the harbour, when we insisted on walking. Thanks! They will serve breakfast in the apartment and even floating in the pool. Hot water in the shower at morning 👍🏼

There was some dust behind the bed and the toilet and shower area could need some algae remover. But these are minor issues. Overall good condition.

- villas are spacious, quiet, and comfortable - AC is good - comfortable beds - private pool is epic - staff is great - food is great - free refillable drinking water is great

- I am torn on how to describe the beach. On one hand, we saw many turtles swimming at high tide while we enjoyed our breakfast from the beach. On the other, the beach becomes drained and rocky at low tide. If you’re looking for a swimmable, white sand beach, this probably isn’t it. If high tide falls midday during your stay, the beach will look nice for most of the day. We were in Gili T to snorkel and see turtles, so we didn’t mind.

Nice stuff, very welcoming and helpful. They organized us bikes, transports and tours for good price Hotel is located on west side of island. Very good to relax but still close enough to main attractions of island. Rooms with private pool are amazing. Breakfast is lovely. They even serve it onto your room.

There was some mould infestation in our room which should be fixed.

If you are looking this review then believe me you are choosing the best of best within this price range. Their rooms are love... So big and spacious rooms and their Pool is love... Its not a dummy pool its a full length pool in every room. Don't think much just book this property right away. Staff here is polite and friendly. Robbie was amazing. I wish I can give more than 10 Stars to this property. Just one negative feedback I would like to add is about their breakfast, it can be a buffet or may be unlimited types not like selected.. But yes they serve breakfast in pool also without any additional cost.

What a special place to stay! Had a great time at the Taj MAZA located on the island of GILLIE TRAWANGAN INDONESIA. The facility Was very welcoming from the start and attentive to every moment of my stay. The service was great, the food was good, the breakfast was fantastic and the facility was clean. Very large villa with very nice pools. The location is more on the quiet side of the island but everything you need is a walk away. The property has a great healthy menu for meals to eat and a great selection of fresh juices and mocktails. No alcohol is served here but there are plenty of bars right next door and a store 5min away that sells bottles. The property is quiet and we'll maintained. Again can't say enough about the wonderful staff so many thanks to Edy the bar waiter, Yoga the kitchen Chef and Dixie for the house cleaning. And lastly Farobie for the exceptional hospitality. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting the island for the service,location and exceptional fair price. And YES it's located directly on the Beach!

Our villa is spotless and spacious! The location is on the quiet site of the island, a big plus for a couple like us, as we are coming exactly for the sunset, which is stunning as you can see the sunset and Bali the same time! The staff are super friendly (they cool-downed the AC for us when we were out for dinner and left us 2 delicious fruit platters). A special thank you to Robie for helping us arrange everything prior to our arrival until our departure. The pizzas are as good as in Italy (we mean it)! Breakfast is generous and delicious. What a delightful stay!

this property should have cost a lot more, it is located right on the beach, it’s is beautiful quiet stretch of beach with two swings in the water and beanbags and tables and chairs, the villas themselves are immaculate with a great size private pool, living room, bedroom and great bathroom with huge bath tub. The staff were all amazing, very attentive and very personal and friendly. Location wise was great, quiet but next door to a lot of restaurants and bars and an easy cycle to the harbour. This villa should cost a lot more than it does, we would recommend to everyone and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are on Gili T.
