The hotel is on the main sea broadwalk where are all the nice restaurants and shops. It overlooks the harbor and our room had a sea view. The staff was very friendly, and the property manager was just fantastic!! The only little issue is that the hotel does not have its own parking. You have to park in the Blue zone, and sometimes these spots go fast.

Parking can be a hustle during peak season

We stayed at The Selena Hotel in december , very out of season, but the hotel was warm and cosy. We booked a studio room with a kitchenette which had everything we needed, toaster, kettle, microwave,hotplate etc. The room was large and spacious with balcony and we could just see the sea even though we had a "city" view! We ate at the hotel and loved the food,and we looked after by Deedo ,our barman, waiter and tourist guide . Nothing was too much truble.

The weather was bitterly cold!!!! Nothing to do with the Hotel, but it was cold!

Some of the softest and most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! If you don't like soft beds... you're gonna have a bad time. :)) Anyway, the hotel is located next to the sea, with paid parking available from the city of Balcik. The room was big enough, clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The food at the restaurant was delicious and guests are entitled to a 10% discount (obviously the offer csnf change over time, so enquire within). Nothing bad to say!

Everything in the hotel was great. It was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and location is amazing. The central beach is couple of minutes walk and all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Overall brilliant!

A weird smell to the reception, on the next day when they have cleaned the floor....the smell gone

The location and the staff are great. The beds are large and the rooms are spacious. The price in November was good.

The hotel itself is a bit old and worn out. The mattress is not the best either... The first floor rooms with view to the sea are too low and you mostly see the roof of the restaurant...

Amazing hotel ! From the staff to the rooms everything was flawless. But special mention to the staff ! Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind and professional ! I can only highly recommend !

The bathroom should improve. Towels are many and clean but the shower was old and doesn t work properly.

Breakfast was not included, but there were fantastic options within 3-4 minutes walk nearby. The staff are unbeatable, really up to anything they have to deal with. Also the TVs have been upgraded to 40"+, big improvement over the last few years. And, of course, the location is fantastic :)

Parking is still a challenge. It needs some time to tell whether it is your room door opened or the neighbouring one. In general, noise insulation needs to be improved. Also, bathrooms need a refresh.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! In fact, the woman in charge of booking drove me to the bus terminal! The room was fine and the balcony adequate. It's located in the central part of town on the promenade.
